
Lily Erlic is a
food writer and a cooking show host, as well as a Children's
book writer. On top of her 'Francy the Exercising Pig'
book, she has also written 'The Stinky Feet Book' and
a children's cookbook called 'Stir Crazy with Insects
and Animals.'
She had a local show called "Cooking for the Health
of it", a low fat cooking show in her hometown
of Victoria, BC Canada. Her "Walnut Chocolate Chip
Cookies" were tested and approved in the "Veggie
Life" magazine test kitchen. They will be appearing
in their Spring 2000 issue. She also appeared on KCTS
Seattle station on a Salad Show. She demonstrated a
"Squid and Potatoe Salad." She was also a
food columnist and wrote about local cooks and international
cuisines. She is currently working on a cookbook called,
"Great Tasting Whole-Wheat Desserts--Over 100 High
Fiber Delights!"
