Rick Flanagan is a retired
Major in the United States Air Force. He has participated
in a wide variety of military assignments from over
2600 EC-121D combat hours in Vietnam, to Command of
tactical units in Korea and Germany. He earned an undergraduate
degree in Secondary Education from Plymouth College
and a Master of Arts degree in Therapeutic Counseling
from Ball State University. Currently, he resides in
Massachusetts.
