Anita Holmes is an Oregonian
by birth, an Alaskan by vocation (teaching), and will
one day be a Missourian by choice. She holds bachelor’s
degrees from Marylhurst and S.U.U., and a master’s
from Lewis & Clark. A long time adventure/mystery
buff, she cut her teeth on Nancy Drews over 50 years
ago. She has had two nonfiction books, and myriad humorous
magazine essays published, the most recent in Rocky
Mountain Rider. The Inadvertent Avenger is her first
work of full-length fiction.
