Roy L. Pickering Jr. was born
in St. Thomas, USVI and now resides in Maplewood, NJ.

His fiction has appeared in a number of anthologies,
including Proverbs for the People, (Kensington

Roy is seeking publication of
his completed debut novel, Patches of Grey,
while keeping his pen moving on a second novel. Fatherhood
has inspired to him to also take a shot at writing a
children’s book that is being illustrated by his
artist wife, Erin Rogers Pickering, who designed the
cover for Feeding the Squirrels.
