Tina Road was born in Cinncinatti,
Ohio in 1955. She was raised in the nearby town of Batavia
until 1970. She then moved with her family to London,
Kentucky.
There she married her high school sweetheart, Sam Roark.
They have a son, Travis, and now live back in Batavia
where they are very happy.
Tina has always dreamed of being
three things: first and foremost, a wife; second, a
mother; and third, a children’s book writer. Tina
enrolled in The Children’s Writing Institute.
It was a great way to start the process of making her
dream come tree. She hopes that everyone enjoys reading
her work as much as she enjoys writing it.
