Bunker and Gittel are accidental
stowaways on Steven Charles’ new spaceship. The
magnificent ship is powered by magnets in a gyroscope
environment and is pulled into another universe/dimension
by the mad ruler of planet Acron, Master Kyron. When
they reach the planet of Acron, they realize it is a
duplicate of planet earth, but with marked differences.
The rich, who are four-eyed graymanoids, live above
the ground in high rises and travel about through giant
tubes to separate them from the people down below, the
working class people who have been abducted either from
planet earth or Otherland. Bunker and Gittel venture
to the people down below and find the people ready to
revolt against the tyranny that exists above. Bunker
helps to avert a revolution by talking instead of fighting.
Through a series of adventures, they are able to help
the people down below attain their rightful place on
planet Acron before they head back to earth. The escapade
seems to take a lot of time but when they return to
Otherland, they find they are back on the same day they
left. They traveled so fast they find they have broken
through time and space. Bunker, Gittel, and Steven are
more than glad to be back home in time for dinner.
