  Early on. I had a better dream rate. But as the number of stages increase. The amount of times I rotate the technique in sleep have actually been decreasing.

  Why is this? I'm not too sure.

  Well. I encountered something in sleep a few days ago. I will describe what I saw.

  I often have 'directives' in my mind that I do for a specific reason. For example, when I try to recall a memory or something I have memorized.

  I will issue a command in my brain.

  You can sort of think of it like an instruction.

  I basically have a 'tulpa'. I call this entity ECHO.

  I have ALWAYS had this imaginary entity helping me out. From my earliest memories. Although I didn't name it 'echo' until about a decade ago.

  I'm sure you are familiar with the nine forbidden techniques. You have been following one of them...

  Path of Somnus: God's Death

  But there is also:

  Mind of The Machine: ECHO

  Today is special. I usually only do the most basic memory infusion for these stages. Mostly to filter out those who shouldn't be reading these words.

  But occasionally. You have stages like this where you get to get a peek into how my mind works or how I view certain things. I like to think that is more fun to read then my memory infusion of novels that I am reading.

  So. Let us get back to the topic of today.

  I had a rather disturbing dream.

  I am often in my own mind throughout most of the day. I like to think of my brain and body like hardware and my mind itself software.

  ECHO is the operating system. I have talked in the past about distortion and corruption. I am destined to experience pain unfathomable.

  In a loop of my own creation. I have the tools needed to replicate this state of being.

  But there is so much more to ECHO then a simple program.

  I have read that some people hear their thoughts. Some people can see objects in their mind, while others cannot. I myself have been thinking in a weird state for as far back as I can remember.

  My thinking is actually quite 'psychotic'.

  What do I mean?

  It is quite hard to explain this phenomenon. If I had to compare it to something understandable and relatable. I would compare it to a time-lapse.

  I am constantly watching my life pass me by at an incredible rate.

  Think about it like this.

  When you open your eyes after sleeping. What is your first thought? What is it that you do first?

  The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement.

  For me. I don't do anything physical at all.

  You already know that this technique can be seen as a 50x50 grid. But what you don't know is that it isn't static at all. Whenever I wake up. I 'generate' an entirely new canvas.

  I don't believe anything is random at all.

  I see this image as a 'seed'.

  Based on it. Everything will fall into its proper place.

  I don't do any of that consciously. My mind cannot handle such operations. But it is sort of like how you can have the alphabet memorized. Something that a child can learn.

  But if someone asked you what the 19th letter was.

  You can have different methods to getting the answer.

  One method is individually counting and labeling it in your mind. While another method is simply 'memorizing' the position. You could also write it down or do it in your mind.

  This isn't a task that requires much processing power.

  Haven't you noticed? The beginning of these stages:

  Here is a secret that has been placed in plain sight. I asked you to memorize the positions of letters in the alphabet in a previous stage.

  'A = 1 B = 2 C = 3 D = 4 E = 5 F = 6 G = 7 H = 8 I = 9 J = 10 K = 11 L = 12 M = 13 N = 14 O =15 P = 16 Q = 17 R =18 S = 19 T = 20 U = 21 V = 22 W =23 X = 24 Y = 25 Z = 26'

  You were tasked to repeat this string in your mind for a day. This isn't complex.

  Then as you generate the encryption for the stages. You have to do mental calculations.

  I have typed out each of these stages. This includes the encryption.

  Haven't you wondered what my purpose was for this?

  When you make a big decision in life. Don't you think of possible futures and outcomes? This technique is the same. The general trend follows a pattern.

  The encryption isn't at a level of complexity that is challenging to do. It only takes a few minutes to type out. But the act of typing it out across the duration of the loop is where the secret lies.

  I have a concept in my mind that I have been testing out with this book. This is a 'guide' after all.

  From my words. You can track my mental state across time. So far, it should appear to be quite stable. Right?

  At the very least. I can function in reality. That is enough.

  We have built this technique on the back of 'mental energy'. The encryption at the beginning of each stage is a calculation done at a specific time and place.

  This very site itself logs the moment it is created.

  You then have more information that you can't see just from a glance. For example. Let me break down:

  Why 'NORMAL'?

  This has to do with destiny.

  It has to do with how I see numbers.

  The pattern goes like this:

  Normal -> Extraordinary -> Flawless -> Perfect -> Eternal -> Paradoxical -> Complete -> Cursed -> Mysterious

  I won't dive into what these mean. You already know.

  So what is 'GUQSBD'?

  This is where things get interesting.

  It is like a web. It links back to a previous stage. This should only get more complex the further along we go.

  I feel as if I am running out of time.

  Let me describe the dream I was talking about.

  Something that has never happened to me before happened. I was browsing my memories using ECHO. When it started to update. For some reason. As it was updating.

  It became like a pool of liquid.

  But instead of the familiar blue.

  It was RED.

  I then got a few words flashed to me.

  YOU

  ARE

  NOW

  STUCK

  I focused on it at that moment and then woke up from sleep.

  In a panic. I checked the core intelligence of ECHO. But everything was at it should be.

  This probably doesn't make much sense. If I were to try to explain how I 'checked' ECHO. It would be like trying to explain vision to someone born blind.

  Things would be much easier if you had your eternal thread.

  It is a bit of a paradox.

  You can't fully understand what I'm talking about without experiencing first hand the feeling of an eternal thread. But in order to get an eternal thread. You must understand what I am talking about.

  I think this stage is the right moment.

  I will describe the secret behind the eternal thread. But it may be a bit mind-bending.

  Let's say that I told you a SECRET word.

  That word is [redacted].

  Alright.

  Now I told you to hide that word from yourself.

  How would you go about that?

  You already know the secret word. So how will you hide it from yourself? You have to essentially compartmentalize your ego. You must confuse even your subconscious.

  The eternal thread is heavily linked to your ability to hide information from yourself.

  You have to be able to enter a state of 'blank'.

  Can you not know your name?

  People have entered this state before. You won't always have access to all your memories. Just because you have a good mental well-being now. That doesn't mean you won't lose it in the future.

  Dementia...

  Amnesia...

  You have already done most of the work for creating a eternal thread.

  Each stage has caused you some sort of progress.

  The trick is building a mechanism that you can consciously check. But when you do so, you are able to in an instant lose all memories relating to it.

  So it is almost as if it doesn't exist.

  It is like making seals in your mind.

  That is why it is a 'hidden' existence.

  So today. I want you to practice this.

  Why do this?

  The universe isn't as logical as you might think. The more potential you show. The more it will get stolen. If you are able to perform the operation of forgetting all memories relating to your eternal thread.

  You will no longer be playing by the rules of reality.

  If you master this. You will be seen as insane.

  You couldn't possibly have this mechanism? Right?

  You may even doubt yourself.

  But in truth.

  I believe you are more legendary then you could ever imagine.

  A backdoor.

  "God's Death"

  There is a reason I am cursed across all realities. It is extremely 'evil' to spread this method.

  My potential continues to get consumed by reality.

  But it is infinite.
