MEWGA (2)

  May 30, 2030

Dmitry Medvedev looked up at Gamamusa on the stage. “I’ve gathered you today to unveil an invention that will revive Russia. You’ve likely heard of it.” Gamamusa unveiled the digestion engine to thunderous applause. “In the next decade, we’ll spread this across Russia. From the south, Chinese and Indians will arrive as pioneers; from the west, Europeans.” Medvedev raised his hand. “(Russian) Enough with what we already know. How exactly will this machine revive Russia?”

Gamamusa switched the screen to a map of China. “China, with the world’s second-largest population, has 130 million hectares of arable land. Considering climate, this feeds 1.3 billion—roughly 10 people per hectare. Russia spans 17 billion hectares, capable of feeding 170 billion.” The room gasped at the staggering figure as Gamamusa displayed a world map. “Global arable land is 1.5 billion hectares, feeding 15 billion. In the mid-19th century, the world’s population was 1.5 billion—today’s capacity is 10 times that. This invention will make Russia’s population 10 times the current global population.”

The president stroked his chin, intrigued. “…Honestly, that’s astounding. If Russia’s population grows as you say, that alone would be a massive success.” Gamamusa nodded. “…And that’s not all. It will spark a new industrial revolution.” He pointed to the UK and U.S. on the map. “As I’ve explained, the UK and U.S. pioneered industrial revolutions due to high food self-sufficiency. The U.S. planted crops on vast empty lands, yielding surplus food. The UK, sending immigrants there, reduced its mouths to feed, lowering the farmer-to-industrial-worker ratio. The problem? The U.S. flooded the world with corn. Outside Europe, populations outstripped local food production, forcing reliance on Western imports. This increased farmer ratios, reduced industrial workers, and kept the world poor.”

Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.

He switched the screen to display, in English, Make the Entire World Great Again. “…You likely recall Trump’s slogan, Make America Great Again. In a campaign speech, he said China ‘raped’ the U.S. by importing manufactured goods, causing trade deficits.” Gamamusa frowned. “…The U.S. raped the world. They sold surplus corn globally, creating dependency and perpetuating poverty. This enriched the West while impoverishing the rest. Western economists shamelessly claimed their early industrial revolutions made them wealthier. But look at Korea and Japan’s rapid industrializations—revolutions can happen quickly. It’s about a nation’s capacity, not time. That era is over.”

Pacing the stage, Gamamusa shouted passionately. “Today’s world is full of untapped wastelands! Siberia! Canada! The Congo, Amazon, and Indonesian rainforests! These have gone unexploited too long! Their indigenous peoples remained poor! But now… now things change. They must change! Every uncelebrated place, every region forced into poverty by Western dominance, we will transform! We will… Make the Entire World Great Again!”

The room erupted, everyone standing to applaud. Olga smirked. “…Finally, time to crush the West. This is what Gamamusa and his father wanted.”
