I'm making some important changes to chapters 17-21 that I'd like to share with everyone. After rereading these chapters, I've realized the timeline feels a bit rushed. While I initially thought three months would be sufficient for Lin Tian's training period, the pacing needs adjustment to better serve the story.

  

• The training period will be extended from 3 months to 6 months. This allows me to develop more expansive worldbuilding, complete existing plotlines properly, and introduce new story elements at a more natural pace.


  
• Lin Tian's training will now be conducted by Elder Jin instead of the Patriarch. This change makes more narrative sense and allows me to gradually build Lin Tian's relationship with the Patriarch later in the story.


  
• I'm adding a 2-month period after the training before the Inner Academy course begins next year. This gives the characters more breathing room and allows for additional story development.


  
• The Lin Feng plotline will remain intact but with modifications to properly fit within the new timeline.


  
• I'll be addressing grammar issues throughout the affected chapters that readers have kindly pointed out in their comments.

  After the training period, Lin Tian and Lin Feng will travel together, allowing us to explore more of the world. This journey will give readers a broader view of the cultivation world beyond the Lin clan compound and the Celestial Dragon Sect. We'll discover new locations, meet interesting characters, and delve deeper into the world's lore and power structures.
