Chapter 18 : Preseasons 1

The training field felt more alive than usual that day. The morning air was still cool, but tension and excitement were already in the air. Several bck cars with the club's logo stopped in front of the training facility. One by one, the new pyers brought in by the management stepped out of the cars, their faces serious and confident. Some of them were not well-known, but it was clear that Reinhart had made the selections. It was almost certain that they would become the club's best assets.

Reinhart seemed pleased as the hologram boards of each pyer appeared in front of him.Name: Ismael BoukariAge: 19Position: DMFPotential: 82

Reinhart then turned to the three academy pyers who had been brought up to the first team.Name: Ollie WalkotAge: 16Position: CFPotential: 83

Reinhart seemed satisfied with the new pyers' stats. While only a few had unique skills, his analysis showed that even those without unique skills could still be top pyers, as many great pyers never had special abilities.

Reinhart suddenly realized there was one pyer who had yet to arrive. But it wasn’t important. He began gathering the pyers and started speaking.

Physical coach McNeil, Cassandra, and Malcom (the newly recruited Tactical Analyst from Gillingham) stood by Reinhart’s side.

"Welcome to Bradford," Reinhart said loudly, his voice echoing across the field. "I’m Reinhart, and this is Malcom Rivers, my right-hand man from today onward."

The new and old pyers listened carefully. Ollie, Mike, Ryan, even Lucient, Eden, and Duvant—all stood in a rexed but attentive formation. Cassandra was taking notes and watching their expressions one by one, her eyes briefly gncing at her watch. Someone was still missing.

A few minutes ter, hurried footsteps could be heard from a distance. Harry Shalked, still wearing an old backpack and catching his breath, jogged towards the group.

"Sorry, I’m te, Coach!" he said, bowing slightly, still trying to catch his breath.

All eyes turned. Some stared with curiosity, while others with skepticism, but Reinhart only smiled faintly.

"Just in time for the important part," said the coach. "Join us."

Harry nodded and stood alongside the other pyers. He gnced at Lucient and Duvant, who gave him a calm nod in return.

"Listen carefully. This club, Bradford, used to be a symbol of struggle and pride. But in recent years, we’ve sunk. Pyers came and went, management changed constantly, and the team spirit was almost gone. I didn’t come here to survive. I came here to win."

"In one season, we will rise to League 1. The next season, to the Championship, and finally, the Premier League."

"You are all here, whether from the academy or new signings, because you are valuable, not because of luck."

"You will be the foundation of this team to create a new history. Get ready, under me it won’t be easy."

Reinhart stared at each pyer one by one.

"Preseason starts in five days. We will face three clubs: York City from League 3, Gillingham, and stly Bolton Wanderers from League 1. Training starts today. There’s no time to rex. If you want a spot in the starting lineup for those games, prove it now."

After finishing his speech, Reinhart signaled Malcom and McNeil.

"Training starts with physical drills, positional drills, and pressure. Focus on transitions and game vision."

The atmosphere instantly became tense. The pyers scattered according to their positions. Cassandra returned to the sidelines, noting every detail. Malcom blew the whistle firmly, commanding pyer movements and rotations.

Condrad Walsh, the captain of Bradford, began to observe the new pyers and the atmosphere at the training ground. Slowly, he started to feel more at ease.
