We are still taking submissions for the BL Zine. If you would like to be a part of it (and join other authors such as avaseofpeonies, bafflinghaze, PumpkinEwe, and Zaiakuma!!!!), make sure you contact PumpkinEwe on ScribbleHub or on discord!
A reminder of what a story needs to be included in the zine:

The MC is a strong mage, and the ML is a fire mage!!!! (Or, the equivalent in this world). The MC is a competent, hard working and friendly character. He contrasts very well with the grumpy (but loveable???) ML, and the ML has secrets and strong fire (and other) magic powers it's just so cooll! Highly recommend checking this out if you like fire mages and magical bonds ?
Summary:
SpoilerWhen Ezo’s vilge is lost, he leaves heartbroken but determined to make a difference in the world. Ezo has a rare magical talent but cks a formal education. His uncle taught him the elements of magic, but not how to deal with people that are suspicious of those with power.
Kammon is one of the War-Sworn, a magic-user who dedicates his gifts to protecting his country. When he comes home from the battle, he leaves the military and his rank behind. Unable to find peace with the people he had once served, Kammon searches Distria for a way to atone for his deeds.
Their paths interconnect in ways that Ezo doesn’t understand and Kammon doesn’t trust. Can they find a way to achieve their goals in a world that fears accepting help? Or will the darker forces in the world succeed in burying their dreams?
