Walking across the School campus I make my way over to the back off the gym building. And as i turn the st corner I see Touka leaning against the wall of the gym building. As Touka seems to have noticed me I walk over to her and ask.

  "So ah why did you call me here for ?"

  With her eyes bnkly looking at the school fence just a couple meters Infront of us she says.

  " Hey Niko can i ask you something?"

  "Sure go ahead" I answered

  Slightly looking over to me she says "hey Niko do you remember that promise that you made to me before I left back when we were younger"

  Leaning myself next to her against the wall I think for a moment but end up not remembering any promise I had made to her in the past. And so I replied truthfully.

  "Honestly I don't remember anything about a promise"

  With her now looking at the ground Infront of her she began to chuckle" hahaha.. ha.." but her ughter quickly vanished and she said

  "of course you don't it's been such a long time why did I even ask"

  Was it something important I start to wonder and ask.

  "So hey what was that promise about"

  "You said that you'll be always there for me as a friend no matter what I did you promised it to me before I left"

  Oh it seems like nothing that trivial I sighed in relief in my mind. But before I knew it she turned to look at me her eyes staring directly at mine. The atmosphere almost feeling suffocating around us. And with her eyes fixated on me she said.

  "Say now that we're friends again would you keep that promise?"

  "Of course I mean that's what friends do don't they"

  And with that her expression softened and she looked at me with a friendly smile "Good that's all I wanted to know "

  Getting up from the wall she turned to leave. But before she turned the corner I asked

  "So eh this all you called me here for?"

  Turning the corner she said

  "Yes" and before I knew it she was gone still leaning against the wall I thought to myself why we had Todo this so secretive just to ask a question about a really simple promise. It didn't fully make sense to me.

  (If only I had known back then what that promise truly meant)

  Walking back to my Css I think to myself how odd some of the things were that happend today. First my sister having a 180 turn around on her behavior now this meeting. The only word that came to mind to describe this all was strange. Just strange I thought while passing Jacob and Steve in the hallway too my Cssroom. They ughed about something, I didn't quite hear. Entering my Cssroom I sit backdown on my desk and grab my bag on the side of the desk. Looking through it I searched for my Lunchbox were I always put it but it wasn't there. But then I remember oh right my sister packed my bag today I guess she didn't pack the Lunchbox. Which considering what she did this morning wouldn't really be an expectation of mine. But then just as I was pulling out my hand from my bag I did feel something. Opening the front compartment of my bag that I rarely ever used I found my Lunchbox and if felt like something was inside. And so I put it on my desk and opened it there was rice some fried egg a spoon and on top off the egg was a heart shape out of Ketchup. Looking at the Ketchupheart I hate to admit that I felt a bit embarrassed. And so I just quickly ate the contents of the box before anyone else would notice. As i finished the box the Cssbell started ringing. Soon after that teaching started and the following few hours of my school seemed to go by in a breeze. With me going through the rest of the schoolday almost as if I was in autopilot. As the final minutes pass the bell goes off and announces the end off the school day. And so I get from my desk pick up my bag and make my way to leave School grounds. Passing through the gate as if yesterday repeated itself I once again see Touka there leaning against the side of it. Walking up to me she said

  "Hey Niko do you have some time ? I wanna show you something"

  "Sure no problem" I say following her into the innerparts of the city. It was a busy pce crowded walkways and brightlights from the store signs and shops. "So where are we going" I asked her but she didn't answer my Question as we walked through a crowd and instead said.

  "You know I was here about 3 months ago but te at night when the streets are empty" she said while navigating through the crowd.

  "Okay"

  I said not knowing what to make of that information.making our way through the busy masses of people we made it too another sidewalk. This time it wasn't so densely packed and I could rex not having to fear that I'd lose her I could lose her at any moment in the crowd. Walking along side her on the sidewalk she said

  "Say Niko have you heard about the Hiko back alley Stabbing case ?"

  Thinking about it I do remember something about it it was on the news some time ago. If I remember it correctly 2 people stabbed with an very high number of stab wounds what the number was exactly I don't remember but the killer hasn't been found I think. Suddenly she stopped and where Infront of an ice cream store the sign said (ICYYY Creammm) it was an old looking store and it looked like it was in desperate need of some kind of renovation. Then Touka asked me

  "So you want some ice cream I'll pay"

  "Sure" I responded and as we went inside Touka got bubblegum ice cream and I got Vanil. Sitting at a table on the outside of the store we ate the ice cream and it was quite good for such a rundown looking pce. As we both finished and just sat there I asked her "so you wanted to go eat ice cream with me". But she just ughed and said "no silly" and then in a more serious tone asked me "so you know something about the back alley Stabbing"

  "Heard about it in the news a while back 2 people stabbed to death with like a huge amount of stab wounds the killer was not found I think".

  "Bingo" she said and then pointed towards some where I had my back pointed too in the chair. And as I looked around towards where she was pointing I saw an alley and she said "it happend over there"
