Kirisu Mafuyu's blue eyes widened with confusion as she stared at the ring floating in the air.
“Yuto-kun, w-what’s happening? How is the ring flying?”
“Hmm, this thing’s probably what they call a ‘cursed object,’” Yuto mused, sliding the trembling ring onto his finger.
As if answering some silent call, the red-eyed ring snapped into pce, fitting his finger like it was forged for him alone. A pulse of startling pink energy erupted from it, bathing the air in an eerie glow.
“Ugh… my head’s spinning… I want to… I need to strip off my clothes!”
Kirisu Mafuyu, caught in the wave of pink energy, swayed as if entranced. Her long, shapely legs fidgeted restlessly, hands fumbling at her colr in a daze.
“Sorry, Teacher. Time for a nap.”
With a swift chop to her neck, Yuto knocked out the stunning teacher before she could shed anything more than her dignity.
“This thing might charm women, but it’s sucking my life force dry in return. Can’t keep it on too long.”
His gaze hardened. Even with his Dual Heroic Spirit Physique Correction, bolstered by the Heart of the Red Dragon, he could feel the ring’s greedy tendrils gnawing at his vitality, like a leech burrowing into his bones.
“It’s still begging me to follow it. Might as well see where it’s pointing.”
Yuto slipped the scarlet ring off, curiosity sparking in his chest.
The night sky was full of stars, and a breeze moved through the city. Below, streets glowed with lights and activity. Wearing dark clothes, Yuto jumped across rooftops, guided by the ring’s strange call. It brought him to a quiet area, blocked by a shimmering wall.
“A barrier, huh?”
A dark curtain stretched across part of the district. From a rooftop, Yuto saw people below avoiding it, as if pushed away by something unseen.
“Weird. A barrier smack in the middle of the city?”
Barriers weren’t new to him. In the Fate world, masters like Araya Souren wielded them like armor, yering stasis to defy death. In Jujutsu Kaisen, sorcerers spun ‘curtains’ to cloak their battles from prying eyes. This one felt like a mix of both—dark, heavy, and alive.
Yuto couldn’t weave barriers himself, but he had an ace up his sleeve: the Assimition card.
“Assimition, activate!”
His fingers brushed the card, and in an instant, his ocean-deep reserves of magical energy churned into raw, surging cursed energy. Unlike Fate’s magic, born from life force and circuits, this power fed on the bck tide of human negativity. His dragon blood roared to life, pumping fiercely as cursed energy coiled in his fist.
“Break!”
No fancy techniques needed—just pure, abyssal power. His punch shattered the barrier like gss under a hammer.
BOOM!!
The air shook as the barrier fell apart, sending out waves of energy.
"Cursed energy works well up close,” he thought.
"Who broke my barrier?"
Below, Iwanaga Kotoko’s delicate brows furrowed as she sized up the stranger who’d punched through her defenses like they were paper. Wariness flickered in her chest.
“Princess, watch out!”
Behind her stood a striking woman in a white kimono, her refined features taut with focus. She waved her hands, unleashing waves of frigid mist to encase a lumbering minotaur-like monster in ice. Beside her, another woman–curvier, dressed in modern outfit mirrored her elegance, their faces eerily simir.
“Two snow women? Yuki-onna in the flesh?” Yuto’s curiosity fred. “Monsters roaming a modern city. Now that’s a twist.”
“Who are you?” A sweet, almost childish voice cut through the tension.
Iwanaga Kotoko, burdened with the lofty title of ‘princess,’ eyed the mysterious boy with caution.
"I’m Yuto Akari. Can you tell me what’s going on?" He pulled the cursed ring from his pocket. "This led me here."
"The Cursed Ring?" Kotoko’s eyes grew big, then narrowed. "You didn’t use it for anything wrong, did you?"
"It can control women, but it wears you out," Yuto said. "It’s too risky for me. I just want to know why it brought me here."
The girl in the white dress frowned. "It’s from the snow women’s cn. It must have sensed danger and called you to help."
“Wait, why would snow women keep something so anti-female?” Yuto asked, baffled.
"It’s not like that," Kotoko said, making a face. "It bothers humans, not monsters."
"Princess, run! We can’t stop it!" the snow women called.
The minotaur broke free of the ice with a loud snap and rushed forward.
‘What is it—spirit or curse?’ Yuto wondered, feeling no clear energy from it.
BAM!
His fist, sparking with dark energy, hit the monster hard, knocking it back. The cursed energy burst out, destroying it in one blow.
“Huh. Did I just pull off a Bck Fsh?”
The hit left his cursed energy humming—smoother, sharper, like a dam had burst inside him.
‘So that’s what it is.’
Bck Fsh occurs when a physical hit and a burst of cursed energy are precisely timed, resulting in a sudden, amplified surge of power. Yuto had managed it without even trying.
“Bck Fsh? You’re a sorcerer?!” Kotoko’s jaw dropped, her cherry-red lips forming a perfect ‘O’
“This kid’s young, but his cursed energy’s cheating levels are huge!”

“So, you’re the monster princess, huh?”
Stars lit the night sky above the bright city. Yuto and the white-cd lolita perched atop a skyscraper, gazing out at the glowing metropolis.
“Yep! Also known as the God of Wisdom for monsters—the arbiter and fixer of their messes.” Kotoko puffed out her tiny chest with pride, her white-stockinged legs swinging pyfully off the edge.
