  : It has come to my attention that a fleet; Comprised of one Nelson class battleship, two Ridosen surplus cursers of unknown configuration, ten Chassepot class destroyers four of which are in missile carrier configuration, sixteen Corsac class corvettes and a sufficient surplus of logistics ships to maintain a significant army in addition to the fleet. Has entered the region and appears prepared to invade a heavily fortified world such as ourselves.
