A heavy storm is coming. Ming thought, his intuition told him this, a fisherman's intuition. He started the engine and steered the boat away from its previous direction.
It then moved away from its previous positon. From afar, dark clouds began to gather. A thunderstorm slowly form at its center; fierce and unforgiving.
It's quickly heading into Ming's way. Every meter it has crossed, more clouds gather as raindrops fell, slowly becoming heavy.
On Ming's side, if one were to look back from the boat's deck, a dark horizon was quickly nearing on him. I shouldn't have gone too far... Ming thought, his expression solemn. Ming held the throttle and shoved it forward, and the fishing boat surged ahead as the engine roared to life.
1000 meters...
500 meters...
50 meters...
The vessel was fast, but not fast enough, soon Ming and it was swallowed inside the storm. Fierce waves rocked the boat as thunder boomed from afar. The fishing boat was quickly drenched by the rain while blocking Ming's view.
Then, everything went black.
The sound of calm waves soon echoed as the leaves rustled from trees a few feet away; Sounds of the grass swaying from the wind added a layer of charm. There wasn't any sand, there was only rocks resting peacefully beside the land of grass and the calm waters.
On the rocky shore, a figure was lying down unconscious; his clothes wet and tattered. This was Ming, he groaned as he fluttered his eyes open and covered it from the blinding light. He pushed himself up slowly and looked around as he rubbed his head, easing the pain.
I'm alive...? Then where am I...?
*Growl*
His stomach rumbled, he was hungry. I better find food. Ming thought to himself, his head filled with clouds. He walked to the woods and marvelled at the sight of his surroundings. The trees were tall, giving off an ancient vibe and were varied in all kinds of sizes and bodies.
As Ming traversed the woods, he picked up soft leaves from the trees from time to time and all kinds of vines and grass silk he can spot. During his travel, Ming endured his starvation since panic finding will do him no good.
I will use these leaves to craft a leaf clothing. The clothes i'm wearing is wet, I will dry this when I go back.
Ming thought. Soon, he found a wild bush containing berries. During Ming's travel, he crafted a small pouch nearing medium sized.
Ming grabbed a couple of berries and placed it inside his pouch while taking some for himself and ate it.

It's sweet, it doesn't dehydrate me at all!
He ate some more, while doing so, Ming stocked up some berries on his pouch that will last him a week. After Ming felt full, he snapped off a branch with a couple of berries in it and set it aside as he tied his pouch to his waist.
Ming also placed the leaves he collected in his travel on his pouch after harvesting the berries.
Throughout the events, Ming's thoughts weren't tied to his words. Him being composed on a mysterious land and the skills he's shown, numerous flashbacks appeared on his mind one after another.
"Disciple, always remember to stay calm and composed when you're in a serious situation" An old man said in a white robe, his back straight as a sword, his arms clasped behind his back as he looked at a younger Ming on the ground all bruised and battered up.
"But...Master..." The young Ming tried to refute but he was cut off.
"Stand up! Do your best to touch my robe!" The old man continued as he stanced into a martial art form. "If you fail, I won't let you eat for a week!" The younger Ming stood up with difficulty, however, this time his eyes was burning with fighting spirit.
The master and disciple soon resumed their spar in the middle of a forest.
"Disciple, for today I will teach you how to survive with nothing. You no longer need to pay any more. Starting Today, I will teach you all I know." Ming's master said while Ming followed behind listening, his eyes showing an uncontrollable excitement.
"Disciple..."
Ming then snapped out his stupor and he shooked his head. He rose up with the pouch on his waist and the berry branch on his off-hand. He then started to go back to the rocky shore. On his travel, he continued collecting soft leaves and vines.
When he arrived on the borders of the forest, the rocky shore came into view again. Ming then planted the berry branch near the edge. After doing so, he took off his wet clothes and set it aside on a sun light to dry. He was currently naked, but he didn't mind since no one else was around.
Ming untied the pouch on his waist and opened it. There, he took out soft leaves and vines he collected while looking for a nearby rock to sit on and placed it in front of him. Ming sat on the rock and started crafting his leaf clothes.
During the crafting process, Ming familiarized himself first in crafting the leaf clothes while recalling his experience with his master.
Hours later, Ming was done crafting his new clothes and yes, he was naked throughout the process. After finalizing his work of art, the leaf clothing floated off from his grasp, startling him.
What the heck?!
Ming cussed in his mind as he tried to take the clothes back but it swayed to the side.
???
Ming's mind was full of questions. After the leaf clothing dodged, a transparent bluish white energy enveloped it. After being enveloped by the energy, changes happened as the leaf clothing took in the form of simple lean aerobic design.
The leaf clothing then calmy floated back to Ming's grasp, he accepted his clothes back but the expression he made betrayed his actions, He was dumbfounded.
How come this did not happen when I crafted my pouch? I should test some things out and see if this strange phenomenon happens again...
Ming trailed off at the last thought. He shooked his head and just accepted the strange event. Ming then wore his leaf clothing and it gave him a sense of comfort, as if it was tailor made for him.
After a few moments when Ming wore his new clothes, he felt a warm current flow through his body, making him feel light but his strength stayed the same. This made Ming raise his brow and took off his new clothes, doing a little experiment.
The sensation of being light stayed but the warm current disappeared. This all happened the moment he finalized his craft. Ming wore his new clothes again and came into conclusion that he is no longer in the modern world.
After wearing his new clothing, Ming started to get into work. He has a lot of things to do before dusk. Ming went back to the forest to look for a long sturdy stick. With the newfound speed given by his clothes, Ming traversed the woods easily.
