Kintovar advanced down the mysterious path that led to one of the rooms within Crazy Hina's domain when she pushed open the door, an aura of eccentricity greeted her.
The room was had varied themes—ancient artifacts displayed alongside futuristic gadgets. In the corner sat a writing desk adorned with holographic screens, while a holographic cat snoozed on a vintage velvet chair. There were paintings of vast landscapes juxtaposed with vivid, abstract graffiti.
At the center of this bizarreness was Crazy Hina herself. She stood beside a contraption that appeared to be a blend of Victorian clockwork and high-tech circuitry. Her cerulean hair cascaded like a waterfall over her black dress.
Kintovar observed the room with a sense of bewilderment. "Crazy Hina," Kintovar greeted her, maintaining a composed yet cautious stance. "I'm here about the Suxena Nexus."
Crazy Hina's eyes sparkled. She turned toward Kintovar, but then briefly diverted her attention to the odd contraption in front of her. "This? This is the Time Twister," she said with a grin. "A tinkering of the past with a touch of the future. It's not exactly time travel, but more like a subtle dance with possibilities. You'll understand one day, when you see it."
Kintovar observed Hina's distracted demeanor, growing more wary of the situation. "You've got an interesting collection here," Kintovar remarked. "But about the Nexus..."
Hina's excitement flared. She skipped over to another part of the room. She pointed at gadgets eagerly. "Look at these! They're absolutely fake—things that haven't even been dreamt of yet, but I thought they looked cool, so I made them. You can't have a decent toy box without a few impossible things, can you?"
Kintovar marveled at the intricate designs. The items were fascinating remnants of technology from a realm beyond her own understanding. Yet she knew, they were all fabrications.
Kintovar's patience wore thin. She spoke at a higher level. "I'm grateful for the show and tell, but I need the Nexus. That's the reason I'm here."
Hina pranced over to a particular section of the room, where a single, well-worn rock guitar leaned against a corner. She eagerly picked it up, cradling the instrument like a long-lost friend. "This, right here, is my ticket to freedom. Watch this!"
With an animated energy, Hina strummed the guitar. Her body rippled, and within moments, she transformed into a punk rock character. Her clothes, attitude, and even the musical aura she exuded all echoed the punk rock vibe. She wore heavy combat boots with black leather, and chains. Her once-cerulean hair was now a riot an electric green.
"Rise and shine, everybody! Get ready for some wild, wacky shenanigans!”
She began to dance around with the music of her guitar filling the room. After a brief performance, she stopped and transformed back to her original self. She put the guitar down. "See? Crazy, right? I can be whatever I want to be, whenever I want. It's a hoot and a half, I tell you!"
Kintovar glared and spoke almost demandingly. “I need that Suxena Nexus. Now."
Hina seemed unfazed by Kintovar's urgency. "Well, hotshot, I knew the day would roll around when someone came a-knocking for the old Suxena Nexus. But here's the deal—I honestly don't know what this thing does. Seriously! But, hey, I can give it to you, little birdie, on one condition."
Kintovar's eyes narrowed. "What's the catch?"
Hina's grin was playful. "Join my party. Help me out with my theme changes! You’ll have a front-row ticket to the craziest show on Earth, have lots and lots costumes to try out, and get to have a little bit of fun, and in return, you can walk away with your Nexus!"
Kintovar nearly agreed, but then she shook her head. “Oh no. I’m not participating in any costume changes. I'll assist, but I'll remain as I am."
Hina face shifted from a grin to a serious look."That's not the deal, sugar plum. You've got to change with the theme. That's how it rolls here!"
Kintovar stood her ground. "I can help with the themes, but I'm not swapping my outfit. Take it or leave it."
Hina shrugged nonchalantly. "Then I guess no Suxena Nexus for you, honey. It's the theme or nothing."
Kintovar's jaw clenched. "You can't be serious! You're going to refuse me the Suxena Nexus over an outfit change?"
Hina casually strolled around the room. She re-donned in her punk rock persona. "What's the big deal, babe? It's just a fun little transformation. Everyone does it!"
Kintovar’s eyes narrowed. “I didn’t come here to be part of your costume parade. I need the Nexus now. I’m not asking for a show.”
Hina’s demeanor shifted back to playful. “Well, sweetie, you see, I love to have fun and keep things lively. If you want the Nexus, you’ve got to play along.”
The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.
Kintovar crossed her arms, her gaze fixed on Hina with a steely determination. “I don’t have time for this. I’ve got more pressing matters. The Nexus is critical to my mission.”
Hina’s eyes sparkled with mischief. “Oh, I get it. You’re all business, huh? But sometimes, you’ve got to loosen up a bit.” She leaned in closer to Kintovar and said, "You know what they say, 'all work and no play makes Hina a dull girl.'"
With that, Hina reached out and gently tugged at the hem of her coat. When she did so, she flashed a wicked grin. "Why don't you show off those curves of yours?”
She pulled the lab coat down, revealing Kintovar’s black bra underneath. "Come on, baby. I bet you have a killer ass under those baggy pants. “With that, Hina grabbed the hem of the science woman's pants.
Kintovar’s eyes flashed with irritation. The blatant disregard for professionalism was maddening. She thrust herself back to create distance between herself and Hina.
“Alright, I’m beginning to see why they call you Crazy Hina,” Kintovar snapped. “I didn’t come here to be part of your twisted games. I won’t be leaving your domain until I have that Suxena Nexus, which means I’m left with only one option.”
Hina’s eyes widened. “Oh? And what’s that?”
Kintovar’s gaze hardened. “To take the Suxena Nexus by force, the hard way.”
Hina's eyes narrowed. “Well, looks like we’re heading for a fight, then.”
Hina raised up one hand as if she were holding a microphone. “You know, I get it. As a scientist, you’ve probably dealt with all sorts of opponents. I bet you’ve seen strength that would make most, even me shiver, but here’s the thing, sweetie. Fights are not just about brute force. It’s about heart, about the drive to stand your ground and make your mark.”
She twirled around and stopped with a wink towards Kintovar “I may be crazy, but that's what allows me to have a power that's unexpected! I believe in myself, and I believe that with my power, I will defeat you, and the forces of evil!"
After her speech, her body began to glow with a bright light. Her appearance shifted dramatically: her cerulean hair turned a vivid pink, and she donned a suit of intricate knightly armor. . In her hand materialized a lance adorned with elaborate engravings.
"En garde, Kintovar, for the Suxena Nexus. Prepare to face Hinaka, the Knight of SugarFlowers! In order to protect the integrity of this domain, I cannot allow your actions to go unjudged! We shall have a duel, and the winner’s wish will be granted! This, I declare under my own name!"
Kintovar’s lips curled into a wry smile. She raised her sunglasses, revealing a pair of eyes that were anything but impressed. “Hinaka, the Knight of SugarFlowers?” Kintovar’s tone was dripping with sarcasm. “Well, I guess that is the best you’ve got, isn’t it? Let’s see if your ‘power of the unexpected’ can match up to what I can do.”
Hinaka made her swift charge. She moved with a distinct air of urgency and excitement. A battle theme came in and filled the room at Hinaka’s command. The tempo rose, matching her sudden speed.
Kintovar was caught off guard initially. She evaded the lance strikes. Hina attacked so swiftly that she left Kintovar with little room to make any other actions.
With every swing, Kintovar studied Hinaka's movements. The knight was indeed powerful, but his technique is what Kintovar honed in on. While Hinaka continued her barrage, she noticed the pattern in Hinaka's swings.
Kintovar's evasion became more refined. "Hina's all speed. She makes an attack and tries to act as quickly as she can; however that’s something that can backfire without having technique," Kintovar said to herself. She began to strategize, waiting for the opportune moment.
Kintovar managed to avoid Hinka, who decided to charge forward when straight on attacks were not landing. Kintovar’ weapon, the Bg-360 materialized in a flicker of intense energy. The weapon was an evolution of her previous creations, now finely tuned and adapted for higher efficiency and deadlier precision.
Kintovar fired off an energy bolt from the BG-360, tearing through the air with blistering speed. Hinaka barely evaded the blast by sidestepping the destructive force. The impact of the blast sent the environment into momentary chaos, scattering objects around them.
Hinaka, now more cautious, eyed Kintovar. "You pack quite a punch, Kintovar. It's incredible. I might have underestimated you…."
Kintovar nodded. "Appearances can be misleading, especially when power is concealed beneath a calm exterior."
Hinaka adjusted her stance."You're right. Let's see if you're more than a one-shot wonder!"
The tempo of the battle music quickened as Hinaka dashed forward. Kintovar, using the BG-360, attempted to counter her rapid jabs, strategically aiming to fend off Hinaka's relentless advance.
Hinaka gracefully dodged each shot. Her lance swiped through the air. She maneuvered to maintain a spirited front. "Your precision is commendable, Kintovar. A true warrior must master not only their strength but also their precision in combat."
Hinaka, pulled back with a momentary pause. Her lance was raised high. She shouted with a powerful declaration, "Lunar Radiance Burst!"
With a fervent thrust of her lance, a radiant burst of magical energy surged forth. The attack was powerful and surged forth with an erratic energy; however, Kintovar swiftly evaded it.
Hinaka placed her lance in the air again and shouted, "Lance of Seraphic Valor, Ardent Starflare!"
The lance transformed before Kintovar's eyes. A light enveloping it, and it emerged as a weapon of celestial might. Its glow extended into a glorious burst that bathed the surroundings in glitter magic.
Hinaka delivered aspeech while taking on a knightly tone. "In the name of honor and valor, I, Hinaka the Knight of SugarFlowers, wield this celestial might. Behold the radiant might of Seraphic Valor! Face my glorious charge, Dr. Kintovar, and prove your mettle against a knight's unwavering resolve!"
Kintovar braced herself, her determination steeling her nerves as Hinaka prepared for her mightiest attack. Hinaka declared, "Prepare yourself, Dr. Kintovar! This is my most Powerful move!"
Hinaka lunged forward, ready to unleash her devastating strike. But in a twist of fate, she slipped on a broken shard of glass, sending her crashing down. Her knee hit the floor with a thud.
"Haa—ahh! My knee!" Hinaka shifted from intense to painful and on the verge of tears in an instant. Gripping her leg, she rolled around in agony.
Kintovar was utterly dumbfounded. "Are you... Are you okay?" she stammered out.
Hinaka winced, managing a pained chuckle. "I think I pulled something. Ouch, this glass shard is worse than any blade!"
Hinaka then grimaced in pain, clutching her knee very tightly, "Ouch! It really hurts! It's the curse of these heels!"
Kintovar stood frozen. She furrowed her brow in disbelief. What she saw now was so far from what she had anticipated that it left her momentarily unsure of how to proceed.
Kintovar muttered to herself, “Wait… Is this…This was supposed to be a serious fight, right? I mean, this is...right? What in the world am I seeing here?"
