My mind was going insane. All of this was just too sudden. I went all around the house checking the condition and just as the voice mentioned, there is no electricity. I hurriedly checked my cell phone and the damn thing is also switched off. Water, its available but who knows for how long. Let’s bath then think about the rest.

  Afraid of running out of water halfway I got out of bath quicker than ever and went for a quick breakfast. Just cereals and milk. Now thinking about it, if it’s not just my mind playing tricks on me and the world’s truly changing, and if the things that they talk about in those novels and anime are truly going to happen then then I have to move fast and prepare some things.

  I ran around all the house searching for all the things that can hold water. Bottles, cans, jars, bucket everything that can hold water was taken. I filled all the containers with drinking water and hid them in the basement. In times like this, water is going to be more precious than anything. Then I searched the kitchen for a knife or anything that I can protect myself with. In the end taking my dad’s old machete I prepared myself. Slowly and carefully studying the surroundings I got out of the house and locked the door.

  You see I’m 21 years old and orphaned since 3 years. My mom left when I was 8 and dad died 3 years ago due to cancer. But all was fine since dad left me enough to survive and to at least open a small shop but somehow my uncle (dad’s younger brother) found a way to torment me and harass me and I lost everything except this old house in the forest that mom and dad built for fun. Somehow thinking about mom made a tear escape my eyes. She always loved and spoilt me and I never knew what happened between her and dad till today. Hope someday I will see her again. Since last 3 years I’m sunning from my uncle and doing odd jobs and surviving.

  But let’s go to city and get some supplies and then think what to do from there. And ah the screen said something about saying ‘Help’. Just as I said the word a blue screen popped in front of me. Shocked I fell backwards. I took a few minutes to stand and then focused on the screen again.

  Wow that's really to much. It's just like a rpg. NOw lets see "STATUS'. Again just as I said it a blue screen popped up showing my information.

  Wow that's pretty accurate. I understand most of them and how they are in such assumong 10 is base for level 1 but what is traits and why is showing like that.

  'TRAITS'

  Now i see, it means i was born powerful. Hehe i want to see what awesome benifits are these traits gonna give me. Ugh but unlocking them is going to be a pain in the ass. I don't know nothing about how to unlock them. Well lets worry about it later and see 'ABILITY'.

  It means i have got a locked technique probably from traits and no skills. Damn not even a single skill, How I am i going to survive. First let's go to city and gather some supplies.

  It’s been 10 minutes since I’m walking. I’m halfway there but somethings’ not right. I walk through this forest almost every day on my way to the city but never was the forest s silent like it is today. Somethings’ definitely out of place. Afraid I started running towards the exit.

  “Growl”

  Suddenly I flinched when I heard the voice of what seemed like a wild dog and wolf behind me. Slowly I looked and there it was, standing just few meters away from me. Normally I’m not afraid of wild beast but this situation is just too absurd. First I didn’t even hear it coming and that beast is way too bigger than a normal dog and scary. Fuck my luck. Just out of the house and about to die.
