After a moment of necessary rest, Lumian decided that it was best to test out his new abilities that he gained from being a Beginner Neahe first thing he did was close his eyes and feel his e to Aethon. The darkness in his eyes slowly cleared up to see a view of himself on the ground as if he erched on a nearby branch. Fly. andihon, Lumian saw through Aethon's perspective as he fpped his winds and hovered in he sky cirg around a few time.

  It was at this moment Lumian opened his eyes while still seeing through Aethons' at the same time causing a bit of disorientation to happen as he slowly got used to the feeling of being able to see from two pletely different perspectives.   I wonder what will happen if I ect to all of my summons like this? Putting thought to a, Lumian did the same to his summons as he doo Aethon but was suddenly hit with such a dense wave of information it caused a massive outbreak of sensory overload to his retinas, ears and brain.

  Seeing as the cyclops has an intense pressure that prevents animals from ing close, Lumian decided to use Aethon to scout ahead to find any worthwhile animals to eat his fill. Sharihons' senses, he 'saw' that there was a wild boar roaming around and sniffing not far from him.

  Stalking the boar, Lumia up until the boar just barely noticed his presence before he thrust the khrough the boars throat, sshing as he went past ensuring the boar was dead. Finding some nearby brao use as kindling, Lumia up a quick fire being more profit over time preparing the boar meat roasting it slowly over the fire making sizzling sounds.

  Ohe meat was thhly cooked, Lumian ate his fill, the taste of pork meat juicily filling his mouth causing him to almost moan iasy at the taste. Dusk slowly arriving, he went baear the cyclops corpse to ensure his safety befrabbing the fox fur out of his bag to sleep under gazing at the unfamiliar yet slowly being familiar worlds sky thinking it wasn't so bad, if only his family were there with him at this moment. Being drowsy, Lumiaually closed his eyes and fell asleep softly.

  Waking up, Lumian stretched his muscles from not having to sleep unfortably on a branch, yet on the ground forest floor which was also slightly unfortable with the suns rays peeking through. After the major stretch, Lumian took his time to wake up befetting bato his routine of practig his knife skills ensuring that it wasn't staying behind his neancer skills. However, despite gaining the apprenticeship level of wielding a knife, he felt that the on wasn't his most suited type and that there ossibly something more suitable yet not knowing what that could be.

  Ohe exerg were over, Lumian wiped down his sweat then prepared his things to tinue walking through the forest. As he did this, he ected his senses with Aethon to use as a precautionary measure as a scout in case any harmful enemies were up ahead or behind his trail.

  Many a moments ter, the forest started to appear misty decreasing the amount of distance Lumian see through the mist. This meant Lumian o train his senses further to ensure he doesn't step in any traps or difficult terrain in the mist that damage his progress of getting out of the forest.

  A few hours ter, the mist seemed to have died down a bit, but left an uling creepy silehat pervades the area where it appears as if there is no wildlife. Weird, but its not like this hasn't happened before, maybe its just ahat used to have a dominating monsters presence like the cyclops before it left for aerritory. I guess its best if I leave this area quickly in case it es back. ing to this sort of clusion, Lumian picked up the pace while usihon to make sure nothihought about bees a true predi.

  Lumian noticed that the area has ged as sounds of wildlife started to return meaning n predators were nearby and hearing his stomach rumbling decided that it was best to e something before he starves.

  Finding some rabbits and birds, Lumian hunted a couple of them usihon to hunt the bird while he stabbed the rabbit on the ground, skinning them and unplug the birds feathers before preparing a fire to cook them over. It has been a while having bird meat to Lumian and it made quite the ge of pace from the usual meats. The poultry had a remiaste to turkey, but was of a slightly stronger fvour.

  However, Lumian was uo fully enjoy his meal this time as it attracted the presence of a few nearby monsters which he caught a glimpse of through Aethon cirg the air. Groaning to himself, he relented and put down the meat and drew his knife and the spiders to face the ambush head on.

  Looking through Aethoices that these monsters looked like rge bears but had some glowing crystals ing out of the back of them. Looking at them through Aethon, he was still able to find weaknesses using his ability from the apprentiife wielding allowio notice that two of them were smaller and followed the bigger one. Looks like a mother and its cubs, they would be more dangerous if allowed to get close.

  Taking this into sideration, Lumian thought it best to and the spiders to meet the bears first to at least cause paralysis before killing them off as it was not worth trying to fight a battle with three enemies with unknown abilities. The spiders crawled into position and ambushed the bears making them roar out in pain and crush the spiders creating rge tremors in the ground as Lumian lied in wait for the paralysis to ki. It didn't take too long only a few minutes allowing him to go ahead and thrust his knife deep into their necks and ssh them open.

  Ohe threat was dealt with, Lumia ahead and finished off his meal that started to grow cold and it bees dusk before he k. Finding a nearby tree, he climbed one of its branches and fell asleep to prepare himself for the day.
