Sir Wilabee Caw

Nerezza was trapped in her chair a boy on either side of her and Reem in her lap. Guardian Showl had tried to dissuade them to give her space but honestly she liked them being so close. And Guardian Showl and Sir Wilabee Caw seemed fine with sitting across the table watch them.

“Please, My Lady call me Bee-bee.” Sir Wilabee Caw insisted far more flirtatiously than she’d expected. “Your reputation proceeds you. I’ve always wanted to meet a fellow swayer of situations.” He offered. “And ending up catching the interest of my Best friend” He shook his head pure interest behind his eyes. “You are a very interesting character.” He insisted.

  The wording had her smirking.

“Trust me Bee-bee you are a far more interesting character.” She insisted. She caught Guardian Showl’s slow glance between the two of them. Nerezza looked over the man who she would have never coveted romantically but she knew how useful and capable he could be. “In fact how is the princess Alsha doing?” She asked.

Bee-bee who’d been smirking at his friends glance flicked his gaze back to her his mouth popping open.

“How in the world.” He beamed. “I haven’t even put that in full affect yet.” He offered not looking the least bit distrusting though she’d accept the distrust rather just intrigued. Guardian Showl raised his brows.

  “Who?” He asked.

“Exactly. She is the princess of Lodrostonit that suddenly was revealed as heir though no one has seen her.” Nerezza explained.

“I made her up. They’re currently going through a shift of power and they have somethings I need hidden so I’ve been maintaining things. I am going to choose someone to take over the roll but it’s a bit complicated.” He admitted. Nerezza wiped her mouth and hesitated but then decided.

“You are considering a woman named Liorn because she has some familial ties to the King, but she won’t work in the long run.” Nerezza informed him. He raised his brows.

The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

“She’s dedicated to her people.” He pushed.

“So dedicated that she’s planning to invade Nornitine.” She confirmed. He gaped. “She’ll fall out of favor when she fails.” She pushed.

“Then who would be better.” He hissed out looking frustrated.

“Are you willing to take responsibility fully for the individuals safety?” Nerezza asked him. Bee-bee’s eyes grew more serious then most would ever see. He nodded.

“I am fully invested in this.” He swore. Nerezza nodded.

“King Iloniss had an illegitimate daughter. She is the closest in the line and she was born with the seal. She was supposed to die. She’s one of the first things in this world that I stumbled upon in my efforts.” Nerezza admitted. Nerezza cared a lot for the woman only a bit younger then herself. She’d recognized the mark from her notes when she’d met her and took her in. She was currently Joi’s assistant and Joi won’t be happy to loose her but she knew the friend she name Nessa would do most anything she asked of her.

“I will tell you that if she is harmed. I will hold you personally responsible and I am more petty then a wildebeest head on a door step.” She breathed dangerously.

“Are you prophet?” He asked not taking the bait of her warning.

“I’ve considered that. I don’t think I fully fit the definition all of my information was gained from a previous life not visions or other worldly knowledge.” Nerezza admitted falling willingly out of her warning back into conversation. “I want to give people who wouldn’t have chances a better chance at happiness.” Nerezza breathed.

Reem leaned his head back looking up at her.

“I’m happy.” He offered. She looked down into his big eyes and bright red apple cheeks and remembered the flash of his death again. The knowledge despite the fact she’d never let it happen was becoming harder and harder to hold. She pulled more shadows from him as his lips turned down. She kissed his apple cheeks.

“I’m glad. I’m happy too.” She assured. “And I’ll make sure you have all the chances in the world to be happy.” She swore. “All three of you” She promised the other two boys.

“What is the best route for my happiness My Lady?” Bee-bee asked pulling out of serious back into humor. Nerezza considered.

“I can protect them too.” Nerezza offered to him. Bee-bee blinked. “So take the time to figure that out. But again if Nessa gets hurt I will add you to my list of hunted.” She reminded him. He grinned and nodded.

“Nessa will be my top priority.” He swore.
