Chapter 14 – A Golden Giant

The man who spoke was a bald mutant, with six marks on his face that resembled a beast's fingernails, furious, bloodthirsty eyes, and clearly visible teeth, almost without lips. He was wearing a bck suit and was soaking in the ke among many others: some were equipped to survive in the water, others seemed to be in their natural element.

Instinct, honed over two millennia of vigils, sorties, and battles, made Izuku's body move automatically. He took the two teenagers and, within half a second, had covered two meters. The spot where they were was hit by a wave that cut the ship in half.

?What absurd power...! He cut the ship in half!? the frog girl excimed

A jet of water? No, judging by the cut, it's better to call it a water sword. High pressure? It doesn't matter now. The ground doesn't favour me.

As the girl said those words, his inhuman mind had already analysed every facet of the battlefield, every possible skill of the two teenagers based on visual and behavioural information, identified enemy positions, and calcuted the distance between the boat and the nearest shore. All the while, in the background, the purple-haired boy cried in despair.

I have other questions, but they will have to wait. He thought that by clicking his tongue, he would attract the attention of the two young ones. Not even the time to go home, I already find myself on a school battlefield.

  ?Whatever happens, trust me.?

  ?Huh???Ribbit??

Without saying anything else, he pnted the Paragon Spear on the deck of the sinking ship and, taking the two teenagers by the scruff of the neck, threw them forcefully towards the shore. Immediately afterwards, his hand firmly grasped the spear, and with a short run-up, he too leapt towards the shore.

While in the air, everything was in slow motion, and all the positions of the opponents he had calcuted and seen from the data provided by the Machine Spirit matched reality. The spear's Bolter roared with joy. Seven bullets left the barrel, and seven enemies had their heads or chests exploded; their blood and interiors were scattered in the water or ended up on the exposed faces of their companions, who were still trying to understand what was happening.

?Use the bde as a trampoline, frog girl!? Izuku ordered as he rotated

It wasn't a causal order. The girl had caught the purple-haired boy with her tongue and, due to gravity, was falling towards him. She did not speak and, leaning on the ft part of the Paragon Spear, jumped, also aided by the force of the rotation.

  ?W-What hap-?

That poor wretch, who had just recorded the deaths of seven of his comrades, had no time to say anything else. Along with five others, his head exploded.

Izuku nded standing just over a meter from the keshore, while the frog girl had nded easily on the shore, holding the purple-haired boy firmly with her tongue. Izuku took only one step forward.

?Look-!!!? the girl didn't have time to finish her warning.

That simple step forward was used only to support the weight. The Paragon Spear's bde was surrounded by the force field typical of the power weapons and, with a smooth spin, slit the air behind it, decapitating the six poor fools who thought they could catch him by surprise.

  ?Ribbit.....?

The scene was as supernatural as it was spectacur in the eyes of the two young kids. Their saviour, whose name they did not know, had indifferently turned his back on the six corpses, and streams of blood flowed from their necks, because of the still functioning heart, albeit briefly, soaking not only the water but also the clothes and golden breastpte of their executioner. The sight was enough to make the boy faint.

Arriving in front of them, the frog girl couldn't help but look at him with reverence and fear, almost as if she were facing something divine.

Since his arrival, it had probably been four minutes; in the st 93 seconds, he had executed 19 assaints, and since he was in his home universe, it was clear that they were Vilins. His hearing detected several cshes in six other pces in the complex, but when he looked at the square with the fountain, he saw that another, more difficult battle was taking pce there.

?Frog girl.? Izuku called, his voice vocalised through his helmet ?Give me a summary of the situation.?

  *****

His head was throbbing with pain.

For Aizawa Shota, that was meant to be an ordinary day, dedicated to teaching the next generation of Heroes how to behave in the event of natural disasters. The journey was very noisy; all the students were excited about the idea of a rescue test in the event of a natural disaster.

But now, all of his students of css 1A were scattered throughout the entire Unforeseen Simution Joint (USJ), where all kinds of natural disasters are simuted, even under the supervision of Anan Kurose, also known as Space Hero: Thirteen.

The bme for this spread? A rge group of Vilins, or rather one of them, whose body consists of a dark purple mist, except for the bright yellow eyes. He wore a very elegant suit with a tie and a metal brace that went from his colrbone to just below his eyes.

Shota quickly attacked the group that appeared in the square to allow the css to evacuate, but now a good part of them was scattered throughout the entire structure.

Not that he has much time to worry about others, as his situation is definitely the worst. He was stuck on the ground, with a beast called Nomu above his back to keep him pnted, while a boy, in front of him, expined how his Quirk Erasure worked. The boy is slim, with fair skin and grey-blue hair, messy, with longer tufts that reach up to the shoulders. His eyes were rather maniacally widened, with live red irises that looked very small. He wears trousers and a bck shirt with fourteen embalmed hands, all positioned to hold him tightly to different parts of his body.

?Shigaraki Tomura.? spoke the same Vilin made of fog.

?Kurogiri... Is Thirteen dead?? Shigaraki calmly asked.

?I incapacitated her. However...? he began by reporting ?the students I was unable to scatter held me back, and one of them managed to escape.?

  ?............Huh??

The young man began to ugh maniacally. He seemed to have lost control of his mental health, so sick was that ugh. But it sted a short time and calmed down.

?Kurogiri, you...? he began in a low but dangerous tone of voice ?if you were not a useful means of transportation-?

Heavy footsteps rang out across the square. Calm, composed and firm. Everyone in the square, including Aizawa, turned towards the source of those passes. His red, sleepy eyes were ready to close until a moment ago, but they widened at what he saw.

A giant in full armour, entirely constructed of gold, finely decorated with precious stones, symbols and heraldry. The elongated Helmet has a visor resembling a skull with red eyes, is surmounted by a rge lock of purple fur and, behind it, a finely crafted iron halo, while from the back falls a purple cloak finely decorated with gold symbols simir to those engraved on the breastpte, held to the armour by sturdy white-candid ribbons. In his hand, he holds what appears to be a heavy spear, at the tip of which is integrated what appears to be a firearm.

Its presence was... overwhelming. Just seeing it makes him feel the need to revere that armour, while its aura is terrifying and exponentially expanded by the blood with which it is covered.

Aizawa, however, also noticed something that lifted him up and, at the same time, made him swear, since behind that armour were two of his students.

?And who are you?? asked Shigaraki, scratching himself

The armour stopped next to the fountain. He looked around extremely calmly, as if he were assessing something, and then raised his heavy spear, smming it to the ground.

The dry sound stiffened, drawing everyone's attention.

?Listen carefully, League of Vilins...? spoke a voice from the helmet ?for I am not someone who repeats myself. Leave now, or the Emperor is my witness: you will insult your stupidity in the underworld.?
