After going the separate way with Ao check out the food, Aria and I started te ourselves on the food that repared for the party.
The food prepared for the party was famously really good. Every year it was a different caterer but they were each really famous for their amazing food. All are 5 star quality.
There are a number of different foods to try. So that is what Aria and started ht with.
They have both very extravagant and fancy foods but also things that even a child would like.
As much as I am in charge of making food in our house when mom and dad are gone for work, I do not have a very wide pallet. I am what most people would call a picky eater.
After we finished eating some food, and to burn off a little of the stuff we just ate, Aria and I started to make our way around the party.
“Hey look” Aria said to me, pointing out Anthem and his friends.
Anthem was currently going around the party with his two best friends, Liam and Madison.
They had been friends since highschool, and I had always thought that Madison had a crush on Anthem.
It was o seem them together, since he doesn't bring them around the house that muymore. Last time I asked him about it, he told me that they just didn’t have time anymore.
“It's good to see them again. Do you know why Anthem doesn't bring them around the house anymore?” I ask Aria.
“No clue. It stopped after he started at that club, I think?” she told me. “Hey, that looks like fun” Aria told me, gesturing to one of the other things going on at the party.
The party had other things than the dance floor and the food they had on dispy.
There were a number of things like games or activities to do. The ohat Aria pointed out hoto booth.
“e o's go in” she said, draggio the booth. Aria very much liked taking photos with me for some reason. She keeps several photo albums of just photos of us in her room.
When the pictures were taken, the booth asked us how many copies we wanted, Aria picked 2 and 2 copies of the row of pictures were printed.
We grabbed them and made our way bato the party. We went around the party and I saw Aria say hi to a few people she had met duriime as a hunter.
It was always o see iions like this, and is also a good reminder of what being a S rank hunter is like.
Eventually though, Uncle Gideon came over to talk to the two of us.
“There you are Aria, ah. I wao introduce you two to a new huhat just got her lise issued the other day.” he said to us.
But before he was even able to introduce us to the girl he was talking about, I saw her behind him. She was someone I reized really quickly. She had long dark hair, and was wearing a light pink dress.
“This is Nyx. Nyx this is my niece Aria and nephew Zenith” uncle Gideon said, introdug her and us.
Before we could say anything, Nyx came up really close to Aria and had a huge smile on her face.
“Your Aria Bck right? I’m a huge fan”

Nyx is a famous siurned rank E hunter.
She waited until her 18th birthday tister as a hunter because of her tract with her rec pany still being in pce.
She had alnned on being a hunter, but the tract she signed made it impossible. So when the traded, she decided not to re uhey agreed to let her bee one.
Much like Zenith, Nyx was orphaned during the first outbreak. Unlike Zenith, she was not pced into foster care, but taken in by her aunt and uerwards. A few years ter, they moved to the city they currently live in.
When Nyx was really young, she started a video el and started to upload videos of her singing, which quickly became super popur. Over the few years, she gained a major amount of popurity online aually a record pany reached out to her aunt and uncle about her signing a tract with them.
Her aunt and uncle left it up to her and she agreed. From there, her popurity soared even higher, but wheurned 16 and learhey weren’t going to let her bee a hunter, she got very angry. This soured the retionship between her and the pany.
Then, shortly before her 18th birthday, the tract ran out and she made it clear that uhey let her, the tract would not be resigned and she would just stop being a famous singer, once again with the bag of her aunt and uncle.
The pany tried to make it so she couldn’t but in the end they couldn’t do anything. The tract was signed without anythiher stopping her from being a hunter, or making her a member of any guild. She had plete freedom in terms of her hunter activities.

Nyx went in tister as an adventurer on December 28th, the day after her 18th birthday.
She went in, submitted her highschool diploma to skip the huest. She had finished highschool, or at least an equivalent while w, so she didn't o do aing.
Before they unlocked her status, they took a test of tent magic power, just for their records.
They did this for every new hunter, just for internal records, but It also be given to guilds with the hunters persimmon.
But wheried to take the measurement, the device broke.
“Hm, what just happened?” Nyx asked the association worker.
“Probably just a mae malfun. We’re just going tain” The worker said, pulling out a seeasuring device.
Only for it to break wheired again.
“Ok, is something wrong with me?” Nyx asked them, ed she must not be able to bee a hunter.
“I’ve never seen this happen before. Please give me a moment” the worker said, then made a phone call.
During this, Gideon was in his office doing some work. Open on his desktop was a record of a hunter entering a dungeon.
It had been a couple of hours sihe hunter ehe dungeon. But thy had yet to leave.
The hunter iion was Zenith Bck.
Gideon wasn’t too worried about Zenith. It was his first day hunting alone. He was happy Zentih chose a pretty easy pce to start.
At this time, he got a call on his phone.
“Pig it up, he says “Hello, Gideon here”
“Hello, sir. I think we are having a problem oesting floor” the person oher side said.
“What's wrong?” he asked.
“Well, I was testing a new hunter's tent magic power and the measuring devices kept breaking” the worker said.
This catches Gideon off guard. The only person he had ever heard of breaking the measuring device was Zenith.
“I’ll be right down” he said.
Ahan 5 mier, Gideon was trying to measure Nyx again, but the deceive broke.
“It really is just like Zenith” he said.
“What did you say” Nyx asked.
“Oh, nothing. Well, everything is in order. But I am going to gh the rest of the registration with you” he expio her.
“What do you meahing is in order. The device still broke” Nyx said.
“I will expin that ter. I just want to get one more thing for your file”
“And what would that be?” Nyx asked.
“The name of your intrinsic skill. Before I tell you everything I know, I would like to know that”
And with that, they made their way over to the crystal to unloyx’s status.

When she was done, she walked back over to Gideon. “Wele back” he said to her. “So, what's the skill called”
“It’s called ‘Chaos Unbound’. Have you ever heard of it?” Nyx asked him.
“No, I haven’t. I’m guessing it’s unique. Could you check what it does?”
“I think so” Nyx said, opening up her status again and opening the skill page.

“Thats fine. Well, I will tell you what I know about the broken measuring device. Please follow me to my office” Gideon told her.
He didn’t want others to hear anything about this,due to the involvement of Zenith.
When Gideon and ered his office, he sat her down across from his desk chair.
“Ok, so this is going to be a lot of guess work on my part, so take this with a little skepticism. I believe that your intrinsic skill is of the highest order of unique skills, beyond almost anything we have records of” he started.
“How do you know?” Nyx asked.
“That is what the measuring device is for. The higher the result, the more powerful the skill is. Since you broke our scale, I believe it means your skill is extraordinarily powerful, or at least has that potential” he tinued.
“So, because I broke the scale, it means I’m going to be powerful?”
“It’s a possibility. But I could be wrong. In all hoy, I only know oher person who tested that high” as he eaking, Gideon pulled up the profile the association has for Nyx.
“Oh, is it someone I would know? I follow a lot of hunter news” Nyx asked.
“No. In all hoy, he only registered as a hunter yesterday”
“Yesterday? The association is closed oh. How did that happen?”
“THats pretty plicated. But it had to do with the measuring device stuff. He was inally measured right after the first outbreak, so we've known about him for a while. Also, his parents work for the association. And he is my nephew” Gideon said.
“If I had known this was going to happen, I would have gotten measured earlier” She said. “I could have been a hunter sooner”
“What are you talking about? We make exceptions like his for celebrities stantly. We could have definitely dohe same thing for you. Also, you're 18, were you waiting for something?”
“Yeah, my pany wasn’t letting me bee a hunter, so I o wait until 18 totiate my tract. But now I , and I am official 18, and am doing this without my record pany”
“Yeah, and you had a ret birthday right, December … 27th”
“Yeah, my 6th birthday was the first outbreak”
“Yeah, but it's bizarre. That person I was talking about earlier, his birthday is also yesterday, that's why we did the registration then.”
“We have the same birthday?”
“Kind of. He is two years youhen you”

“Oh, well. Is there anything else?” she asked, moving on to the rest of the hunter business.
“Well, the only other thing is to finish up yistration. The st part is for you to under go the dungeon orientation. SInce you came alooday, I am going to call in a association huo help you out with it”
“OH! i ask for someone specific? I am willing to wait a few days if they aren’t avaible”
“Normally no, but you are anything but a normal case. Who were you thinking of? Not that many association hunters are that famous”
“Aria Byx said, very quickly.
“Really?” Gideon said, starting to ugh. “Well, if anyone is going to be famous, it would be either Aria or Anthem. But she is unavaible right now”
“Unavaible until when? Also, what's so funny?”
“I’m not sure. Aria’s parents work for the association and travel a lot for work, so I give her some time off whehey are home, just to be nice. But it's really funny because Aria is my niece, and the older sister of the hunter we were talking about earlier”
