  Chapter 8: Evolving Once More!

  *Celia’s POV*

  I didn’t bother to cheuch Exp that I’ve gotten. I was waaaay too busy killing shit to care. But, since I have killed and ate so many of these cells, I think that I will be level 10 once again very soon.

  Let’s just hope that I only o get to level 10 to evolve once more… Thinking this, I heard that stupid and annoying ding sound again.______________________________________________________________________________

  *Ding!*

  System: “User, Celia, gained one level.” She said.______________________________________________________________________________

  Cool. Though, I do wish that I didn’t have to hear a ding, ahis panel pop up all of the time…

  System: “Uood. I shall only announce suotifications in your mind from now on.” She said.

  Celia: “Really? That would be great. Thanks!” I say with a happy tone.

  System: “You thanking me for my assistance is unnecessary. I am here to assist you in any way that I .” She replied.

  Celia: “Regardless, I will still thank you for the help. Anyway, do I have the right level to evolve now?” I ask.

  System: “Yes, but you do not meet the other requirements for the only evolution avaible to you at the moment.” She answered.

  Celia: “What are the requirements?” I ask.

  System: “You must e a cell with the DNA required for the evolution.” She replied.

  Celia: “Huh?… How would I even find such a cell?” I ask with an uone.

  System: “That Electric Cell, and the one who is i on chasing you, have suA. I suggest going after the ohat is stantly going after you.” She answered.

  So, in the end, I still have to deal with that fucker? That’s annoying… Speak of the devil, I see that cell off in the dista seems to be very persistent on its hunt of me.

  Well, at least I think that I am strong enough to fight him now. It will still be a challenge, but ohat I should be able to handle. I haven’t evolved yet, but my size actually increased. So I am around the same size as it.

  With my fide an all time high, I swam towards to the cell who has been hunting me. Not even wanting to give it a ce to defend itself, or even a fair fight, I rammed into its side, before taking a rge bite out of him.

  Though cells don’t have blood, I was i on bleeding this dude to death, so I held on to it with my mouth. The cell thrashed around, and mao throw me off of it.

  I would say that it issed off, but I doubt that it has the capacity fer. Anyway, now I had to fight this cell legitimately…

  The cell swam a det distance away from me. I had a feeling on what it was going to do, and I was right! It used that lunge ability! Luckily, since I expected it to do that, I was able to dodge it.

  Is probably what you expected me to say, right? True, I did dodge it, but not fully. As such, I lost around a quarter of my body, and a det portion of my HP…______________________________________________________________________________

  Though I am in a dangerous situation at the moment, I just realized that I fot to mention, that the amount of SIP’s that I get per level, is pretty random. Which is sood, sidering that I was able to bump my Stats up somewhat from just two levels.

  If I didn’t, I would have probably died just now… Ah, right, I am currently in a life or death fight... I wish that I had the huge ass mouth that this dude has. We’re about the same size ahis cell could probably still bite me in half, just like st time…

  Back to the fight, it was like we were deers fighting with our antlers. That is to say, it was a fight where we would strike our mouths together. Sorta like sword fighting, but with mouths. And also pretty me…

  This cell was really good at blog my attempts to bite him. Now I know why this cell mao survive in a new enviro. It must have beeop dog of whatever taihat I first ended up in. Cells really shouldn’t have intelligeo this degree…

  Well, I am still far more intelligent than this cell, so I came up with another messed up pn. Whicluded, me swimming away towards other cells.

  This, somehow worked perfectly. Holy, I was i oher leading him to a group of bigger cells or smaller ones. But the smaller ones were the closest oo us. Rather than attack me, it oddly started attag the smaller cells.

  It didn’t bother to eat them either, so maybe it thought that I was the other cells? Who knows. What I do know, is that I get more free hits on it! Though, while it is distracted, I should finally take a peep at its Status for a sed.______________________________________________________________________________

  With that pn, I did just that. It worked out really well. The HSC was pletely blinded by the other cells, and argeted me at all. Since I mostly just bit it, and then swam away fast. I kinda feel bad for the other cells, though…

  Ah! It was finally fug dead! Take that you piece of shit of a cell! That’s what you get for messing with me so many damn times! Do recall, it was either this cell, or the electrie.

  But that HSC just had to show up close to me. It most likely had the Prey Sense Upgrade like me. Though, how I mao ambush it at first, I do not knardless, it was now dead.

  System: “gratutions. You have killed the cell that housed the required DNA. Now you evolve once more.” She said with the same robotie.

  Without replying, I just thought about the evolutions panel, and it showed up once more. U time, the information it gave me wasn’t good at all…______________________________________________________________________________

  Huh!? Why the fuck is it all vague? I only have one evolution to choose, ahere is no expnation on what I would evolve into… Hey, System! I demand an expnation on why this evolution is being shrouded in mystery!

  System: “This evolution isn’t what you desire. As such, I took it upon myself to obscure the information of this evolution.” She replied.

  Celia: “And you just expect me to go along with it? I refuse to evolve.” I say with a stern tone.

  System: “I have been given permission to accept the evolution on your behalf, even if you do not wish to evolve. Many apologies for this, Celia.” She said.

  What?… Oh fuck! She wasn’t joking… I already feel the process of evolution taking pce again… Shit! What kind of thing will I evolve into? She said that it would be something that I would dislike…

  Ah! I ’t stay awake any longer… I thought that I could perhaps resist the evolution if I stayed awake, but that was clearly not an option. Dammit! Let’s just fug hope that whatever I evolve into, isn’t that terrible…
