  Chapter 12: New Form.

  *Celia’s POV*

  The pn to kill a bunch of stupid Goblins worked out detly well. Only problem from me doing so, is that the water in this cavern now stinks to all hell…

  Seeing this many Goblin bodies floating around ier, was very creepy, to say the least. I still find it kinda funny how easy that it was for me to kill them this way, though.

  You would think that sihey could see those bodies ier, they would think twice about going over to it. But no. They just walked over to the water, and drowo death…

  Speaking of killing, I did get to level 12, though. So I ow finally evolve. Thinking about it, I fot to check what evolutions that I have access to at the moment. Oh, well. Better now than never!______________________________________________________________________________

  Possible Evolutions:

  Sharp Scaled Skipper: E Grade.

  Requirements: Reach Level 12.

  Long Tongued Frog: E Grade.

  Requirements: Reach Level 12.

  Human: S Grade.

  Requirements: Reach Level 12. Make a Sacrifice.______________________________________________________________________________

  Holyshit! I finally evolve into a human! Fuck those other options! Whatever sacrifice that I o make, I’ll do it without aation at all! Now, System, tell me what I have to do to get the st requirement to evolve into a human!

  System: “For you to bee a human this early, would require me to kill an infant within a mother’s womb.” She expined.

  Celia: “Why the hell would you o do that!?” I yell.

  System: “To traheir soul out of the vessel, and pce yours there instead.” She replied.

  Celia: “…”

  Fuck… I ’t do that. Even if the other options suck, and I am ly a good person, I still ’t just randomly kill an i human. I ’t justify it by saying that they were evil, sihey weren’t even bor, so how could they be bad people? They couldn’t, that is, unless it was an evil person that reinated with their memories intact…

  System: “It is wise to not use to evolve into a human at this time.” She said.

  Celia: “And why is that?” I ask with a sigh.

  System: “If you choose this method, there is no telling if you would be born a male or female. Or even what kind of situation you will be born into.” She replied.

  Celia: “Are those the only reasons?” I ask.

  System: “No. Your current Status would also be sacrificed.” She answered.

  Yeah, fuck that! I have worked waaaay too hard for my current Status, to just up and throw it all away now. I just have to wait it out for longer, and then I will get a human body, and have very good Stats to boot!

  For now, I went with the Long Tongued Frog evolution, since I was already tired of swimming around in this life. Once I accepted the evolution, I passed out from the searing pain.

  When I woke up, I was on the shore of the small cavern pond thingy. Examining my new body, it felt all gooey, and not good at all… At least I could now walk around. Or rather, hop around. Walking is kinda hard with my current body, which sucks!

  As I was hopping around the cavern, I explored it further than I could in my fish body. You know, since I was water locked… The cavern was absolutely beautiful! Oddly, I had a weird desire to eat the brightly glowing crystals…

  Pushing that thought to the bay frog head, I tinued expl. While killing those Gobliually they stopped showing up. So, I might have actally killed all of the ones camping out in this cave. Good job, me!

  Going by how big the Goblins are, I was about the size of a human man’s head. So I wasn’t small by any means. Rather than just wing it from here, I should check my Status, and my possible evolutions.______________________________________________________________________________

  Oddly, I didn’t gain any SIP’s from leveling up… Ah, maybe they just got randomly added to different Stats when I evolved?… I don’t really know, but it looks like I have to get to level 15 to evolve now.

  I have upgrades avaible as well. I’ll check those out once I look at the evolutions that I now have access to.______________________________________________________________________________

  Requirements: Reach Level 15. Acquire DNA from a being that uses Poison. Acquire DNA from a spider like being.______________________________________________________________________________

  Is that a fug spider evolution that I am seeing right now!? Nope! Fuck that! All spiders should burn! And that would even include me if I go with that evolution! I would willingly wely death if I bee a spider…______________________________________________________________________________

  Danger Sense: 12 SIP Required.

  Invisibility: 15 SIP’s Required.______________________________________________________________________________

  Wow! Fug what!? Invisibility!? Isn’t that, like, far too overpowered?… Well, I am not going to pin about it. I’ll just wait until I stockpile enough SIP’s to get that upgrade. Danger Sense be damned!

  System: “User, Celia, apologies, but the Invisibility Upgrade is an error, and will be removed from yrade options.” She said.

  Celia: “Why!?” I yell in annoyance.

  System: “Errors a proo happen from time to time. Please be aware, I, or rather, this System, was made just to aodate you, and you alone.” She replied.

  Celia: “Do you mean that EVERYTHING it says, is just made up?” I ask with a ed tone.

  System: “No. Just that there will be errors. Your Status, and the Statuses of other beings, are based on their souls. It might not be pletely accurate, but it is accurate enough.” She answered.

  Celia: “Why even go this far for me?” I ask with a serious tone.

  System: “There could be an important reason why, but I am not privy to suformation.” She said.

  Out of annoyance, I used my frog leg to kick a rock. This, stupidly, hurt me a bit. No, really. I lost 8 HP from doing it… Fug whatever!

  I highly dislike being pyed, or being someone’s puppet. But I have no form of recourse at the moment. And here I thought that those higher beings did something nie, out of their remorse for fug me over...

  But, no. There is most certainly something bigger going on. That isn’t something that I figure out now, though. Unknowingly being a part of some higher beings fucked up experiment, isn’t fun.

  For now, I o focus up on gaining levels. Using my tongue, I snatch up a weird looking i. It tasted absolutely vile, but I didn’t care at this point.

  I rex when I have a human form. My annoyance was further amplified, when I realized that the i I killed and ate, barely gave me any Exp at all…

  While I was slowly dipping into a depressive state, on instinct, I dodged a sword that was aimed at me. After dodging, I looked to the being responsible, assuming that it would be anoblin. But, muy dismay, it was a human…
