By my estimation, he was 70-ish years old, about 175cm tall, and he had shrayed out hair. His eyes were a soft green color ae his apparent age, he had a real nice posture.

  I looked around. I was in a retively normal looking parlor room, and I was sitting at a small circur table. It was the only table in the room and it had a total of four chairs around it. Other than that, the room had a firepce, a nice looking delier, a handful of tapestries and some paintings. It looked like a retively normal parlor room you might see in any noble’s mansion, except that I didn’t see any doors leading in or out of the room, nor were there any windows.

  “... where am I?” I questioned. I should be sleeping, so this might be a dream, but sidering what he just said, I doubt that.

  “Yes. I shall expin. This is a space between spaces. The Goddess said I should pare it to your skill, Different Dimension Factory I believe it was called. This is the space where us, the ones who run the system, i with those who hold the System Support like you.” The butler expined. Wait. Is he even a butler? Well, until I know what he is, butler it is.

  “... alright. And why am I here again? And may I ask who you are? I assume you know who I am, but for introdus sake, I’m Brian Wood, but just call me Brian.” I introduced myself.

  “As you wish, Brian. As I said earlier, I’m here at the request of the Goddess, but I ot say that I didn’t have my own agenda as well. I’ve brought you here for a short discussion. My name, grao me by my dy Ritva, is Aulis.” The butler introduced himself.

  … those names… Ritva. Aulis. They sound familiar… Where do I know them from?

  “... alright, Aulis.” I said t my thoughts back to here and now. I think about those er. “If the Goddess asked you to get in tact with me, I assume it has something to do with that system mission reward, right?”

  “That is correct. She has requested that I be the tact betweewo of you until a time when you will be able to meet.”

  “Okay. So, when will that be?”

  “It may take time. I hope you uand that the Goddess is quite busy.”

  … yeah. Doesn’t feel like that, when she, or whoever else gives me my missions, has time to sass me. … or is the one giving the missions someone like him, instead of the Goddess?

  “Alright. So this is just a … warning?”

  “At least call it an advaification.”

  “Either way. So, when she see me?”

  “It isn’t that simple. Other than you, she also requested the presence of Holder Lucia and Holder Alice Mana Wat.”

  Alice Mana? … Did Alice take on a sed name because of the fusion? Well, it will likely go away after I defuse her.

  “So Lua and Alice. Also, what is a holder?”

  “That is correct.” He firmed.

  “... and you were … her System Support, right?” I firmed.

  “Yes. That is indeed correct.” Aulis firmed.

  “... then … what are you now?”

  “We are called System Agents.” Aulis said. “After the passing of a Holder, their System Support is taken back to the System where they bee a. Their duties then depend on their grade, as well as what their Holder did during their life.”

  “... okay. And your job is..? Or is it a secret?”

  “I have a handful of duties, but the most important one is being responsible for my Ladies' prophecies.” Aulis said. “I believe you don’t know much about Divination Magid specifically the Prophecy spell, do you?”

  “No. Not really. I thought it was just foreseeing a.”

  “In its simplest form, yes, but that should be doh the spell ‘Fht’. Prophecy is quite different. When the caster sees a, generally a catastrophe of some kind, they are able to imagihe solution to it. Then, if people believe in the Prophecy, mana will be accumuted by it. Mana that will then be used t that Prophecy to life. That is the true power of the Prophecy spell, and why I’ve been made to be in charge of my Ladies’ prophecies. I guide the mana they have collected, so it may be used t the prophecies to life.”

  “... so, let me check if I have this right. Your Lady foresaw the behemoth reappearing. And she imagined a blond haired magi taking it down. And because it became a pseudo legend ich, enough power was accumuted to make that into reality?”

  “Yes. That is what happened.” Aulis firmed. “However, my Ladies’ prophecy also didn’t e true. First, the behemoth. What she saw was a lesser behemoth, like the one she fought, not a true behemoth like the ohat appeared. Sed, the dimensional fissure was not what she saw. Third, the lesser behemoth appeared from the ever forest. Fourth, the magi that took it down used wind magiot dark magic.”

  “... that is a lot of discrepancies.”

  “Yes, and those are only the major ones. But I believe I know why. Simply put, it is because of you.”

  “... wow. Thanks. Putting all the pressure on me.”

  “Not in that way. I’ve followed the situation in the ever forest close to Alewatewhat closely. I believe the dungeon you eliminated was supposed to give birth to the lesser behemoth. The rogue core of the dungeon being the monster core of the lesser behemoth. Then that lesser behemoth goes to Alewatch, where Holder Alice Mana Wat, well I suppose the fusion wouldn’t have happened, so it would have been individual Alice Wat. Either way, she would have been taken over by the power of the prophecy. That pranting her access to her dormant wind magid allowio take the lesser behemoth down. That was the closest to what my Lady saw. But none of that could happen, because you elimihe dungeon.”

  “... I see. So instead a dimensional fissure pooped out a true behemoth, huh. I think I got it. But why did that dimensional fissure even show up? What even is a dimensional fissure?”

  “That is above my grade. I believe the Goddess will expin that to you.”

  “... alright. I guess I’ll look forward to that.”

  “Yes. You should.” Aulis said. “Now, I shall return you bato your body so you rest peacefully for the rest of the night, unless you have something else you wish to ask.”

  “... I get in tact with you ter?” I asked.

  “I send System Support Laura the information on how to directly tact me. However, this space is one I borrowed, so outside of my duties to the Goddess, I don’t think we will be able to meet like this.” Aulis said.

  “... alright. Well, I guess thanks, and so on.”

  “No. I should be thanking you. While I did everything within my power t the prophecy to be, I simply couldn’t have dealt with a true behemoth without your help. So once again, thank you.” Aulis said, as he bowed deeply.

  After he said that, my visio dark.

  The ime light entered my eyes, I was in a more familiar pce. Sleepio Lua. Well, I already woke up, but still.

  I quietly took a look around the room. Lua was sleepio me and on the floor on the right side of the bed, Agunan was sleeping in the makeshift bed I gave him. He had rolled himself up, kind of like a cat, and wasn’t even using the sleeping bag I gave him. It was holy kind of funny seeing a mawo meters tall sleeping in that position.

  With Laura’s help, I checked, with telekinesis, if Ria was still in the room, and she was. So I woke up a bit early.

  Well, I have some things I do solo, so let’s do that.

  First. (Laura, you show me the evolution options I have?) I asked.

  (Sure. But I don’t reend starting the evolution now.)

  (I wasn’t pnning to, but I o take a look at them at some point, so I choose what I want. Now is as good of a time as any.)

  (Yes. I’ll dispy them for you.)

  Chosen Evolution [ ] Swordsman (human) [ ] Sorcerer (human)[ ] Summoner (human)[ ] User of Rare Skills (human)[ ] Dragoed[ ] Spiritual Human [Begin Evolution]Alright. So that is the list. Swordsman should be there because I have the Sword Teique skill, but I still didn’t think it would be. Sorcerer is likely because of Space Magic. Telekinesis and Mana trol might help as well. Summoner… Well, that one should be obvious. Even if I don’t have summoning magic.

  User of Rare Skills is actually something iing. I guess that is just because of the amount of extra and unique skills I have. Dragoed should be because of Agunan and the Life Dedication thing. And Spiritual Human is likely from the spirits blessing. It is iing that only the Dragoed and Spiritual Human don’t have (human) suffix in there, but I guess Spiritual Human does have Human in the name.

  ( you tell me what these races are good for?) I asked Laura.

  (Sure.)

  In short, Swordsman has increased HP, strength and slightly increased defense, but no increase in mana ic. It also helps iing new skills reted to sword wielding. They also get the racial skill ‘Sword Master’.

  Sorcerer has increased mana, magid slight increase in defense. No HP or strength increase. Of course the acquisition of magic reted skills is easier and they get the Sorcerer’s Determination racial skill. It is also the male equivalent of the Sorceress race Jenna was when she was fused.

  Summoner has increased HP, mana and defense, with slight increases in strength and magic. It makes making summoning tracts easier, as well as acquisition of summonied skills like Summoner’s Prote and stuff. And they get a racial skill called Greater Summoning Magic.

  User of Rare Skills is the most generie there is. It gives a simir increase in each stat and makes the acquisition of extra skills easier. It also es with the racial skill Jack of All Trades. It doesn’t sound too bad, but I feel like Summoner is better for me.

  Dragoed is probably the best of them. It es with a rge increase in strength, defense and magic, but no increase in HP or mana. It also gives you the Language prehension (draic), but I already have that, as well as access to Draic Body and Draic Magic racial skills.

  The st one, Spiritual Human, es with increased HP, mana and magid slight increase in defense and strength. They get along with spirits better ahe racial skill Spirit Magic.

  So yeah. I do think Dragoed is easily the best, but Spiritual Human and Summoner aren’t bad either. Even User of Rare Skills is fine. Don’t think Swordsman or Sorcerer is worth it though.

  But I won’t piow, and I’ll discuss this with Lua first. I should probably also ask Agunan about that Dragoed race.

  Sihe others were still asleep, I jumped into the factory to do some pack openings. I got three new sets yesterday, so might as well. I do want to open some with Lua as well, but I do a few solo. Something like ten or so packs of The Lost Millennium should be fine.

  “You don’t have to be solo. I do it with you.” Laura said, as she appeared o me.

  “Me too! Me too!” Fantasia called, as she appeared o Laura. Soon after her, Tahlia also maed herself on the trol ptform.

  “Yeah. Let’s do it together then.” I agreed.

  Also, Gift of the Martyr1Effect: Send 1 monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard. Select 1 monster on your side of the field. The selected monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of the sent monster until the end of this turn. is actually quite iing for me. It is basically useless in normal Yugioh, but for me, it is actually quite amazing. Tributing a monster so someone temporarily hold all of that monster's power could be useful.

  And King of the Skull Servants is just a fun card. To use in a game of Yugioh I mean. What is more fun than summoning a level 1 monster with 10,000 plus attack?
