  At this time, a roar shook the Tower of Justice. Luffy, mid-battle with Lucci, gnced over and saw Chopper turning into something monstrous. His massive form crushed Kumadori beh his fist, leaving the pink-haired agent motionless on the floor. Chopper, now wild and untrolble, charged toward Kaku and Zoro.

  "Chopper!" Luffy shouted, realizing the danger. But before he could react, Lucci frowned and used Geppo and Soru to dart toward the rampaging Chopper, intending to kill the monstrous yet unthinking pirate.

  "Don’t even think about it!" Luffy barked, his body bursting forward with Gear Sed to cut Lucci off. His fists cshed with Lucci’s outstretched cws, sending shockwaves through the tower. Luffy’s eyes narrowed, refusing to let Lucci reach his friend.

  Meanwhile, Coby arrived in a blur of Geppo. He positioned himself between Chopper and the others, trying to divert the monster’s attention. "Chopper, I need you to stop!" Coby shouted, knowing there was no time to waste. Chopper’s massive fist swung toward him, and Coby narrowly avoided the blow, leaping into the air.

  Coby didn't have much of a choice. As Chopper tinued rampaging, he kicked off the air and unched a powerful Super Heavy Sniper Pistol, the impact sending Chopper flying backward toward the edge of the tower.

  Seeing that Coby was handling Chopper, Luffy's steam-covered body began to slow down as Gear Sed waned. Sweat dripped down his face, his breath ing in shasps, but he wasn’t do. He already pushed himself to the limit, but there was no stopping now. He ched his fist, bringing it up to his mouth and biting down hard.

  “Gear Third!” Luffy shouted, his voice eg across the crumbling battlefield. He blew into his thumb, infting his arm to an enormous size. His forearm ballooo a ridiculous scale, dwarfing everything around him. The ground trembled as he brought the giant limb back, his fist casting a shadow over the tower as it stretched toward the sky.

  Lucci, who had recovered from their earlier csh, saw the massive puning and immediately unched himself forward using Soru, the air around him whipping with the force of his speed. But Luffy anticipated the move, his eyes trag the blur of Lucci’s body as it darted toward him.

  "e on!" Luffy roared, swinging his colossal fist down with the force of a onball. "Gomu Gomu no Gigant Pistol!"

  Lucci had no time to dodge. The massive fist collided with him mid-Soru, crushing his body with the full force of the attack. The impact sent a shockwave through the tower, walls crumbling and debris exploding in all dires. Lucci’s body was unched across the battlefield, crashing through the Tower of Justid sending ks of stone flying as he was bsted toward the Bridge of Hesitation.

  Luffy’s arm defted, shrinking back to normal size, but he wasn’t done. He gnced over at the wreckage where Lucci had disappeared, his fists g tighter. He had to finish this fight fast.

  Luffy followed up by direg the air in his body to his leg, which quickly expanded in size, infting into an enormous limb. He brought it down with full force. "Gigant Axe!" he yelled, swinging his colossal foot straight at the crumbling remains of the Tower of Justice.

  The sheer weight of Luffy’s attack sent the grouh them trembling. His leg crashed down with an explosive impact, demolishing the stone and causing the tower to shake violently. The shockwave rippled out, blowing away debris, and creating a massive crater where his foot nded. Lucci, who had been flung to the edge of the battlefield, watched as Luffy’s monstrous leg barreled down toward him.

  "Shit!" Lucci growled, reizing the danger. His body moved quickly, using Geppo to propel himself into the air just as the attack collided with the ground below him. The bst sent ks of stone flying everywhere, but Lucci mao dodge most of the debris as he hovered above the destru, his feline eyes narrowing as he locked onto Luffy again.

  Just as Luffy sent Lucci flying, the rest of the crew gathered, each finishing their battles. Zoro, panting heavily but grinning in satisfa after Kaku’s defeat, made his way over, sheathing his swords. Sanji limped toward them, a cigarette hanging from his lips, his eyes sharp despite the exhaustion. Nami appeared, slightly scratched but victorious, her Clima-Tact resting on her shoulder. Franky strolled in, flexing his arms after smashing Fukurou into oblivion. Sogeking dragged himself into view, still nursing his injured arm from the earlier fight with Kumadori. Chopper, unscious aed to his small form, was cradled carefully by Robin.

  They all stopped in front of Coby and Robin, who stood over Spandam. The former chief of CP9 y on the ground, barely reizable after Robin’s brutal punishment. His body was twisted in unnatural angles, blood poolih him as he groaned weakly.

  Coby stepped forward, ready to deliver the final blow. His hand hovered over Spandam’s throat, his eyes cold as he stared down at the broken man. But before he could finish him off, Robin's voice cut through the air.

  "Let him live," Robin said quietly, gripping Coby’s wrist. "I want him to suffer through the Buster Call. Let him live to remember this failure for the rest of his miserable life."

  Coby hesitated for a moment, looking at Robin. He nodded, pulling his hand bad stepping away from Spandam, who y gasping for air. The broken man wasn’t worth the effort anymore. Coby gnced around at the defeated CP9 agents, who y scattered across the battlefield like discarded dolls, beaten and humiliated.

  He felt a mild pity. They were basically walking SP bags, but since Robin had asked to leave Spandam alive, he decided to go with it. This whole mess had started because he let the story py out ba Water 7, and Robin had suffered because of it. Sacrifig a little SP was no big deal in the grand scheme of things.

  Nodding, he turned and walked toward the massive hole Luffy had punched in the wall. As they stepped through, the crew was greeted by a chilling sight: ten massive warships circled the area, their ons already primed and ready. The Buster Call was here.

  Coby turo the crew, his expression grim. "Hold onto me, I’ll take us to the bridge."

  Without wasting time, everyone grabbed onto Coby as he used Geppo to carry them toward the bridge. The air crackled with the sound of explosions, and the warships started b the isnd with relentless fire. The ground shook beh them, ks of stone and debris raining down as the Buster Call tore through everything in its path.

  As they he bridge, Coby dropped the crew off, nding lightly oone surface. “Let's find a ship to take us out. I’ll cover things here.” Hiz gaze bore onto Lucci.

  Luffy standiween Lucd crew, his eyes fixed on the distant figure of Rob Lucci, still standihe other end of the bridge. “Coby, he is my oppo. You promised. I’ve got this,” Luffy said simply, crag his knuckles as steam began to rise from his body. Gear Sed was already kig in.

After I deal with you, I will kill every one of your crew members,” he growled, shifting into his Seimei Kikan on his Hybrid form. His muscles sleeked, fur sprouting along his body as his cws sharpened, ready for battle, now faster than his bulky form.

  Luffy didn’t waste any time. He unched forward, his legs pumping as he closed the distan a heartbeat. “Gomu Gomu Pistol!” he yelled, his fist snapping out at blinding speed.

  Lucticipated the attack, using Soru to vanish and reappear behind Luffy. “Shigan!” His finger extended like a bullet, aiming for Luffy’s back.

  Luffy twisted mid-air, just barely dodging the deadly blow. He tered with a “Jet Stamp,” his foot smming into Lucci’s side. The impact sent Lucci skidding across the stone bridge, but he quickly recovered, croug low as he prepared his move.

  “Rankyaku Gaicho!” Lucci’s leg swung down, sending a massive air bde slig through the ground toward Luffy.

  Luffy leaped over the attack, using his stretched arms to swing in the air and reposition himself above Lucci. “Gomu Gomu no Giga Bazooka!” His giant hands shot out, smming into Lucci’s chest with tremendous force.

  The impact was brutal. Lucci grunted, blood spraying from his mouth as he was bsted back, crashing through a stone pilr. Dust and debris exploded everywhere, but Lucci stood up almost instantly, wiping the blood from his lip. “You’ve gotten stronger. Is it because I threatened your friends?" he asked, his voice low and dangerous.

  Luffy nded ba the ground, breathing hard but uerred. His body was still steaming from Gear Sed and his torso huge due to Gear Third, but he knew he couldn’t let this fight drag on too long. He o finish it.

  Lucci’s eyes narrowed as he vanished again with Soru, appearing directly in front of Luffy. His cws fshed out in a vicious swipe, aiming for Luffy’s throat. Luffy ducked just in time, rolling forward and ung a quick “Giga Gatling.” His fists became a blur as they hammered into Lucci, each punding with bone-crushing force.

  Lucci staggered uhe assault, his Tekkai barely holding up. But he wasn’t do. “Rokuogan!” he roared, smming both hands into Luffy’s chest with a devastating shockwave of energy.
