  Kathleen McArthur (KM) continues to hold firm on her belief that Sarah was possessed by a demon and she was told by God that the only way to free her soul was by killing her with a sterile ax to the head. I have yet been able to ascertain what caused this break in reality for KM. Aside from the murder, she seems to be a normal well adjusted 45-year-old with no history of family trauma. I am waiting for the police to provide me with KM's full journal, but I have been told that there is nothing there that points to why she did this. I have asked her to start journaling again while she is here. Maybe it will give me some insight.
