The Hexagram Scroll: Yellow SealOne of the Seven Heaven-Defying Scrolls. Upon use, the wielder obtains the Sacred Heart of the Six-Pointed Star, enabling them to hold six different css professions simultaneously.
…Another scroll powerful enough to break the very bance of the world!
This was madness—absolute madness. The Seven Heaven-Defying Scrolls had never appeared since the dawn of time. And yet today, two had surfaced at once.
To hold six different csses at once—what did that even mean? Feng Xiao couldn’t fully comprehend it. But one thing was certain: with this scroll, he could become both an Asura and a Magus Warrior at the same time… and even throw in the War God css as a bonus.
“My freaking godmother…” Feng Xiao’s heart thumped wildly. “Feels like all the world’s fortune just nded in my p!”
Tianzhan remained expressionless and said coolly, “If you had that scroll all along, why didn’t you take it out earlier? Was all this drama necessary? You pnning to take it to the grave or something? Are all you Asuras so selfish?”
“Hmph,” Tianxiu snorted but didn’t seem particurly angry. “The Hexagram Scroll was passed down from the previous generation’s Asura with the decree that it could only be given to the one worthy of becoming the next Asura Sovereign. If not for your persistent pushing—and this brat’s freakish talent—I’d never have revealed it before he fully inherited the title.”
No one knew the kind of iron will Tianxiu needed to resist using the scroll all these years.
Reluctantly, he stroked the yellow scroll and handed it over to Feng Xiao. “You little punk, lucky bastard! Crush it now—and get your ass in gear. You’re going Asura, and you’re taking that old fart Tianzhan’s Magus Warrior too!”
Of course, Tianxiu had his own reasons. An Asura becoming a Magus Warrior… was still an Asura. No matter how many professions the kid had, so long as he bore the power of the Asura, all other csses would only serve to enhance it. The more he grew, the more unstoppable the Asura legacy would become!
Feng Xiao could feel the wild, uncontainable energy pulsing from the scroll. He let out a gasp of anticipation and was just about to crush it when—
“Wait!”
He nearly choked on his own excitement. His body stiffened mid-motion. He exhaled sharply. “What now…”
“Hehe, just a tiny request,” Tianxiu scratched his head, then suddenly grabbed Feng Xiao by the shoulders with a rare seriousness. “I don’t care what other professions you take on in the future—but when people ask, your public css must always be: Asura.”
He gnced at Tianzhan with something akin to a pleading look in his eyes.
Before Feng Xiao could reply, Tianzhan waved a hand dismissively. “Makes no difference to me. Feng Hun, as long as you pursue the Magus Warrior path and reach its apex—unleashing the legacy of Ao Feng’s Demon Bde—you can call yourself whatever you like.”
Feng Xiao ughed. “Then sure. From today forward, I’m an Asura.”
Tianxiu nodded in satisfaction. His whole demeanor finally rexed.
Feng Xiao pressed his right hand around the scroll. With a mental command, the Hexagram Scroll shattered, releasing a radiant yellow light that sank into his body.
Ding! Congratutions, pyer Feng Hun, you have used the divine-grade Hexagram Scroll.
Reputation +100.You may now hold six distinct css professions simultaneously.
“…That’s it? That’s seriously it?” Feng Xiao stared in disbelief. No golden beam from the heavens, no thunder rolling across the skies, no apocalyptic ground-splitting quake—just one fsh of yellow, and it was done.
“For a scroll that’s supposed to defy heaven itself, that felt kinda… underwhelming,” he grumbled.
The six elders exchanged bnk stares. This was the first time anyone had ever used one of the Seven Heaven-Defying Scrolls. They’d hoped for something dramatic. Instead, they got a spark and a system beep.
“So… it really worked?”
“Seems like it. The system’s saying I can hold six csses.”
“…Well then,” Tianxiu coughed, “Get ready to receive my intent. It’s time to become an Asura.”
Asura. In its original meaning: neither righteous, nor benevolent, nor divine.A being between man, god, and ghost—one of the Six Realms, one of the Ten Worlds.
The Asura race is born for war, finds purpose in combat, and thrives on bloodshed. “Asura” is synonymous with “hell”—it signifies cruelty, sughter, and endless battle.
The Asura profession originated ten thousand years ago. Its founder was a famed Sword Saint named Luojia—a man known for his unshakable moral code and his hatred of evil. But that same righteousness earned him countless enemies.
One day, those enemies banded together. While Luojia was away, they descended upon his home and massacred his entire family.
Upon discovering the carnage, Luojia fell into despair. But he was no match for the many enemies he faced. After endless failures and near-death battles, his burning hatred and overwhelming desire for vengeance led him to stumble into the Asura Path—trading his soul and sanity for unthinkable power.
In the end, he avenged his loved ones and became a figure of terrifying legend. But with every passing day, Luojia felt a growing horror—not toward others, but toward himself. The Asura power had twisted him. Once a righteous man, he had become everything he once despised. The guilt and torment consumed him.
Eventually, he discovered a way to pass on the Asura power in hopes of cleansing its taint. And so, he wandered the Dragon Continent in search of a successor. It took him ten full years to find someone with enough potential.
When he finally passed on the Asura legacy, Luojia ended his own life—unable to endure the torment any longer.
“But… wouldn’t the next inheritor become twisted as well?” Feng Xiao asked, unable to hold back.
“Don’t interrupt,” Tianxiu waved. “Of course Luojia thought of that. You’re not the first to worry.”
“Listen well, brat. What’s passed down is the Power of the Asura, not the Heart of the Asura. Understand?”
“So I inherit the strength—but not the temperament?”
“Exactly. There might be a tiny bit of influence, but you won’t be consumed. After all, modern inheritors didn’t walk Luojia’s bloody path. That’s why no one has ever truly reached his level—they didn’t endure what he did. They ck the true Asura spirit.”
“And so, the Asura legacy was passed on… generation by generation. I am the twenty-second successor.”
