"Avery!!!" Milrd yelled as he ran up to her. She removed her earplugs and took off her sleeping mask. She looked at him, with a smile and then sat up.

  "Milrd? What are you doing here…?" She asked in a floaty tone. Milrd ran up and hugged her, tearing up.

  "A-Avery!! Fucking hell, I was so worried!! I-I fucked up… I’m sorry… But… I’m so happy you’re safe!" Milrd cried as he held onto her tightly.

  But she gently pushed herself off of him. They both looked at each other, confused.

  "Milrd... You didn't need to come, you know that right? I was fine the whole time… I’m safe." She said, in a gentle and rexed tone.

  She looked like she wasn't there, as if she were high or something. Despite being in the base of her kidnapper, she was calm, or even happy.

  "What the fuck are you talking about?!! Of course I had to come, you got kidnapped by that bastard!! I-I failed you earlier, so this is the least I can do!   It took about a minute, a nerve racking one where McDickerson’s realm continued to shake and shutter. But once it was finished, all fourty of the women were down.

  Once he finished, Milrd ran back to the unconscious Avery and picked her up. She was unharmed, which was a relief to him.

  “Okay, get them out of here. Walk through the fake ass buildings and reach the edge of this realm. We’ll meet up ter, okay?!” Milrd ordered Gabe as he turned to him.

  “Alright. I know the location of some vehicles I can steal. The bouncers always mentioned them and shit! Hopefully there’s some left. We can bring everyone there quickly and safely! Now come on girls, I’ll show you my drifting skills!” Gabe ughed as he ran off in the opposite direction.
