  We started talking just as the pandemic hit. With no-one else around, we’d be talking to each other constantly. Of course, it all started with our DnD group. So all of our “actual” conversations were reserved to the calls on the server.

  Me of course roleplaying as that dumb muscle-girl I somehow conjured into existence.

  But it helped.

  Our texts became occasionally flirtatious.

  And that’s that. That’s where we left off.

  Things started getting back to normal. People started meeting up. And I blocked off any chance at meeting that guy.
