  INDICTMENT WARRANT

  Defendants Fournier Enterprises Inc. and Adrian Fournier are hereby charged with the following criminal offenses:

  COUNT 1: Human Experimentation Without Consent

  Defendants conducted dangerous experimental portal exposure procedures on children without legal guardian consent, resulting in grave injuries.
