Chapter 9: The Last Deception

The chaos of the day was settling, but the air in the police station was thick with tension. Officers were still scrambling to make sense of what had just happened—Satsujin Sha, the notorious killer, had been shot dead by his own childhood friend, Detective Kazuhiro Tada. As the other officers began to clear the scene, Kazuhiro stood motionless, staring at the lifeless body of the man who had once been his closest friend.

But in his head, a different reality was unfolding.

Kazuhiro creepy smile and he wears airpods,in the other side in the airpods ,an unknown person saide

"Work done?" The voice was unmistakable. It was Satsujin Sha.

Kazuhiro's lips curled into a twisted smile. "Yeah, it's done," he replied under his breath, his eyes still locked on the body on the floor, man. How the hell are you still alive?"

From the other side of the line, Satsujin’s voice came with a dark chuckle, smooth and mocking. That was just a piece of the pn. That idiot on the floor? That’s not me. That’s a clone.”

Kazuhiro reply yeah master the clone was finished, you the god and you did it

“Of course, I did,” Satsujin replied, his voice dripping with arrogance. “Everything went perfectly, didn’t it? You pyed your part just as I knew you would. The real Satsujin Sha is already in Japan, on to the next chapter. You’re the one left to clean up the mess.”

Kazuhiro felt a mixture of relief and adrenaline. He had known Satsujin his whole life, and he should have guessed that he would pn something this insane. Satsujin had always been two steps ahead of everyone else, and this time, he had orchestrated his masterpiece.

The officers were busy discussing the aftermath, their voices blending into a background hum. No one noticed as Kazuhiro quietly reached into his jacket, his fingers curling around the cold metal of his backup firearm. His eyes darted from one officer to the next, calcuting his next move.

“Alright, Satsujin,” he whispered, his voice cold. “Time to finish the job.”
