[SNIPPET 1: “Daka’s Retionship with Chairs”]

Daka walks into the tavern common room, sees a chair.

He pauses. He stares at it.He narrows his eyes like it owes him money.

  Then he tries to sit.

  The chair breaks.Again.

Lorin (from across the room, without looking):“That’s the third one this week. You can’t lean on chairs like they’re stage cues.”

Daka (standing, shirtless, brushing off splinters):“It’s not my fault I was built by plot twists and shoulder day.”

Krummar (sipping tea):“You were built by poor decisions and flex-based overconfidence.”

  ?

[SNIPPET 2: “Mel’s Emotional Map Room”]

In the attic, Mel has set up a series of bird-feather markers and colored stones around a map of the Sword Coast.

Each feather is beled with an emotion.

“First Trust.”“Abandonment #3.”“Stupid Hope (Purple Edition).”

  Melodia wanders in and gasps.

Melodia (gently touching a green feather):“This is… from Neverwinter. Isn’t it?”

Mel (not looking at her):“Yeah. That’s where I told someone I liked their ugh and they… ughed at that.”

  A long silence.

Then Melodia pulls a small pink feather from her ribbon pouch.

  Melodia (softly):“Can I… add one?”

  ?

Krummar creates handmade “Blessing Vouchers” and starts leaving them on tavern tables. They read:

This coupon entitles the bearer to one emotionally-anchored shield spell or intense eye contact during combat.

Mel (reading one):“Do you… redeem these with a prayer?”

  Krummar (grinning):“No, with loyalty.”

Daka (holding three):“I’m gonna sell these to desperate bards on festival nights.”

Melodia (pocketing hers quickly):“…Mine’s not for sale.”

Daka walks by. Sees her. Freezes.

  Daka:“…Is this a trap or a gift?”

  Melodia (beet red):“Get. Lorin.”
