"What did that kid's stats turn out to be?" A tall white elf wearing the typical attire of a nobleman asks the shadowy, mysterious individual they had hired to investigate the rumored problematic child from an Oni tribe in the north of his territory.
"I am afraid that the rumors were credible, sir Magistrate. In terms of raw power and starter numbers, this kid has greater initial strenght than any noble in the world." The shadowy individual says to the elf, who now looks worried, as the shadowy guy goes on to display Kenta's stats directly before him so he could see them.

"This is impossible. How is he at 5000 Hit points, being only level five? Are you positive this isn't a mistake?" The elf, still shaken in his boots, now directs his attention toward the informant, still not wanting to believe even his own eyes, as the implications of the scan would be undoubtedly terrifying.
"Yes, I am positive. The scan results came from the quality Appraisal stone you gave me yourself." The man in the black robes answers the Magistrate's question, now leaving the now broken Appraisal stone in the hands of the leader so he could keep the data for himself as he requested beforehand.
"I understand. Thank you for your service. The lady at the front will give you the remaining payment you requested." The elf Magistrate, still not believing his own eyes, keeps reading the displayed information as he looks over at his own stats, puzzled by how a mere peasant at level five would be able to match his stats when it has taken him years to get there.
Now the question lay upon the regional Magistrate, what would be the appropriate course of action? Of course, the law states that any powerful peasant kid must be executed, but would that be a smart move? Especially considering that the child could be capable of overpowering even the Magistrate with stats like those he thought.
"Should I just consult with the king?"
