Sebastian was munching his breakfast when Enid sat beside him. She looked tired.

  "She's fine.." Enid yawned while covering her mouth "I hope she'll wake up soon.."

  He handed her a grilled leat and told her to eat.

  "I wondered, where's she came from?" he checked his map.

  "Maybe there are settlement nearby.." said Enid.

  "I'll sent the drones to searches the area," Rob waving his spoon.

  After finishing their meals, he helped Rob sending the drones; Enid went back to their vehicle to tended the girl.

  Watching from the drone camera fed, they spotted footprints probably belonged to the girl coming from the hillside. The footprints lead them to cave hidden under the mountain. A gate was blocking the entrance.

  "Sebas! she's awake!" Enid shouted and waved at them behind the window.

  Sebastian ordered the drones to surveyed the surrounding area in case there were other entrances before they went inside their vehicle. The girl was staring at them with her lustrous red eyes and cowered under the blanket as they walked inside and closed the door behind them.

  "Please don't be scared, we are not going to hurt you.." said Enid.

  "Who- who are you?" she peeked under the blanket.

  "I am Enid, and these two Sebastian and Rob.."

  She lowered her blanket "who- who are you really?"

  "What do you mean? we are human just like you, we are from-" Sebastian whispered to Enid and Rob "what should i tell her?"

  "But-" the girl still afraid.

  Rob shrugged his shoulder and pointing upwards.

  "The sky?" she looking at them suspiciously.

  "Yeah, we from the sky- ouch!"

  Enid kicked his leg "No, no, we are from uh.. a place far far away,".

  "But he said sky.."

  "He's just joking, we are from, uh.." she panicked.

  "Then-" the girl's eyes beamed "Are you- with the star people?"

  "A what?" Rob’s eyebrow raised.

  "Star people!" she shouted and burst into tears "Finally.. we are saved.." she kept repeating while clasping her hands.

  They staring at each other confused. After they calmed the girl, Enid told her they were not the star people. but the girl still insisted they were, according to her only the star people possessed advance technology and have a majestic chariot like their vehicle.

  "She's gone cuckoo.." Rob whispered to Sebastian.

  "I am sorry.." said Enid "but we don't know anything about this Star people.."

  The girl looked dejected. "You are not with them?" she covered her face with her hand before looking at them again "but- but- you must be.."

  "Why's that?" asked Rob.

  "Because.. everyone who looks like you was long gone.."

  "What do you mean?" Enid looking confused.

  "The only human left around was us," she said "the one with white hair and red eyes.."

  Sebastian rubbing his chin "Hmm.. i see.. but it was false. We still alive on the other side of the ocean.." he smiled

  "Would you mind telling us about these star people? and why you thought we are with them? And what is your name?" asked Enid

  She murmured "I’m Shanna.."

One day, the star people arrived on earth and liberated human from their underground overlord.   "Wait! wait! underground people?" Rob chuckled "what a silly name."

  "Who's is this underground people?" Enid asked.

  "You don't know about them?" Shanna looked confused "but they hunts us, human.."

  "No underground people at our home," said Rob

  "Your home must be a paradise.." she murmured.

  “And.. you said we are cattle? You mean they eat us?”

  "My father said because they are monsters, a half lizard half human."

  “They- ate human?” Enid trembled.

  "A humanoid lizard?" Sebastian perplexed, he wondered if they looked like Garbitian. Is that why we couldn’t find their bodies, those lizard people ate them?

  "What about the star people? what are they looks like?"

  "Aside from possessing advanced technologies, we don't know what their looks exactly.. but my father found a statue of them, they have wings and wore metal suit."

  "A statue?" asked Rob.

  "My father found it in the ruins.." she explained.

  "I see.." said Sebastian. He told her to continued with her story.

  A war erupted between the star people and the underground people. The star people was able to defeats the underground people, but the they, in desperation unveiled a weapon that capable wiping out every living things on earth. The star people was unable to prevented the weapon from launching. It caused a massive destruction, blocking the sun and causing an eternal winter, also poisoning the air. The star people was forced to flee to the skies.

  “They also bring some human who looks like you to the sky with them..” she said “Leaving us behind..”

  "Is that why you thought we are with the star people?" Sebastian rubbing his chin.

  "Underground people.. former ruler of human.. and star people.." Sebastian rubbed his chin.

  "Humanoid lizard huh," Rob whispered to Sebastian "Garbitians?."

  "I don't know.." he shook his head.

  "But- it match, before joining watcher, they loved war, maybe-"

  "Are you sure you're not with the star people?" Shanna squinted her eyes "you're-"

  Enid quickly took out a meal box from the compartment "Uhmm.. by the way.. are you hungry?"

  Shanna stared at the meal box and nodded.

  "Here you go.." she opened the lid and gave it to her.

  She was staring at the blue steak for a few moments before took a nibble. Her eyes beamed with joys and quickly ate everything.

  "Must be really hungry huh?" Rob smirked.

  "Dessert?" Enid gave her a box of cookies and a water bottle.

  Sebastian wondered "By the way.. are you alone here? where-"

  She dropped the cookies and cried "I don't know.. they went looking for supplies since 3 months ago, my brother went to look for them- they- they should've been back by now- maybe those underground people, they-" she stared at the village "those were once our home, but they came and-" she choked "Me, my father, brother and few others managed to escape.. since then we lives in a bunker inside a cave on the hillside.. yesterday- i heard scream- and saw a bright light coming from here, i thought-"

  "It will be alright Shanna.." Enid hugged her.

  "Please don't cry, we'll help you find your family," said Sebastian.

  "Yes!" Enid clasped her hands and smiled "We will help you find your family."

  "You will?" She wiped her tears.

  "So.. where are your family?" asked Rob while showing the map.

  She jumped back seeing the map coming from his wristband "What is that?"

  "Uh.. you see.." Sebastian shook his head "Anyway.. can you show us where your family went to?"

  Shanna looking at the map "They gone to a ruins, north east from our hideout"

  "North east?" Rob spouted "what is that?"

  She stared at them suspiciously.

  "Never mind him," Sebastian waving his hand "where is this north east?"

  She still looking at them suspiciously. "There's no direction on your map. I have a compass and a map in our hideout."

  "What's a comp-" Rob about to asked but Enid shushed him.

  "Alright, we'll packed our camp first, then go to your hideout."

  He and Rob were about to walked out from their vehicle when Shanna shouted at them to stopped because they didn't wear any protective gears.

  "Oh, we don't need to," Rob shrugged his shoulder.

  "Are you sure you're not with the star people," she again squinted her eyes.

  Sebastian explained they were trained to be able to lived outside without any gear. She seemed unconvinced but stopped asking further.

  They hurriedly packed their camp, and went back to helped Shanna wore Enid's spacesuit because her spacesuit was the only one fits her stature.

  "It's tight on the chest area," she mentioned.

  Sebastian saw Enid's face twitching, he quickly adjusted it.

  "Shanna, how old are you?" Rob asked.

  "Uhmm.. fifteen,"

  "Fif- fifteen!?" Enid stammered.

  "Pfft.." Rob chuckled.

  Enid smacked his face with the empty meal box.

  They were ready to set off, they sat on their seat; Enid was sulking at the back seat. Rob started the engine and drove to the hideout.

  Arriving at the hideout, Shanna and Enid went inside the cave while they waited outside. They returned with a bundle of makeshift weapons, Shanna was adamant to bring it with them, for protection. Sebastian stared at the steel pipe covered with spikes; Rob smiled and swung the pipe at a tree before throwing all of it in the back compartment.

  Shanna took out a small statue from her bag and gave it to them "This is the star people."

  "What's that mean?" asked Rob.

  "It's so beautiful.." Enid's eyes sparkling.

  She put the statue inside her bag before taking a circular device and a paper map (He and Rob immediately recognized it) "this is compass."

  "Isn't that the same thing we found yesterday?" whispered Rob.

  She again looking at them suspiciously "You don't know compass?"

  "Oh! we know about it, it's just in our place it was simply called a pointer," Sebastian laughed awkwardly.

  "U huh.." she spread the map on the seat "Our cave is facing south" she checked the compass "north east is.. this one.."

  "Got it! buckle up!" he droves their vehicle to the location.

  On the way there, Shanna wanted to try driving their rai'cawl which after kept pestering them, she was finally given a chance, but they quickly forbade her after she almost drove them into a huge crater.
