Lisa shifted slightly as she watched the others leave the lot and was a little nervous as she turned to the otherworlder.

  “ So, a few things have come to light recently. How much do you know about beastkin?”

  Jeff looked at her and saw she was rather nervous.

  “ You talking about the bloodmoon?”

  Lisa nodded slowly as she started rubbing her arm.

  “ I will be honest, it completely slipped my mind. You tend to spend weeks if not months in a dungeon at a time and you lose track of what it is going on the outside. Before, I told you I started dungeoning young, but I have spent more time in them than I have outside of them. I am not what many would call a loose woman, I often look at the long term to build my career and rarely spend my money on quick indulgences...”

  Lisa looked away ashamed before taking a deep breath.

  “ Since we are going to be doing this highly dangerous grind which will likely take about a decade or more in dungeons, I’ve got to trust you with this. Every time I have had sex... it was not by choice. I was either young and vulnerable or blackmailed into doing it. But that is in the past and what I want to talk about is the future.”

  Lisa slowly turned back towards the otherworlder and he looked a bit uncomfortable as well.

  “ While in the dungeons I will be my all business attitude. No sex on the mind or anything,”

  “ But traveling in between dungeons, you will be exposed to the effects of the bloodmoon.”

  Lisa nods slowly.

  “ If you know anything about beastkin, then you should know we become... clingy to potential mates.”

  “ And I am a highly desirable single man who you will be not letting outside of ten feet of you till we are done with everything.”

  Lisa nods again even more slowly.

  “ Which brings up the problem. I understand you want to be under level fifty before you meet with your client in the dragon lands, I assume part of your contract is to have a child with one?”

  This time Jeff is the one to nod.

  “ How much do you know about how kids are made... outside of sex.”

  This catches him by surprise and he could only shrug not really knowing all that much.

  “ I feared as much. You see, levels give potency for future generations as much as the base stock. The first thirty levels without release gives the kid as much as the next twenty. The ten from level fifty to sixty has the same potency amount as one through fifty. And every five after that follows the same pattern. The thing is, humans can only have children before they hit their fifty milestones. Well, unless they stack ten levels or more then there is a chance as well.”

  Lisa pauses to let this sink in and it does rather quickly.

  “ So what you are saying is, I might not be able to have the children with the dragonkin because we might have sex?”

  Lisa nods sorrily at this statement which caused Jeff to laugh startling her.

  “ Believe it or not, my contract has already discussed this with me. You must not know much about otherworlders legends. Have you ever heard the phrase, the only thing that can have more kids than a goblin is an otherworlder?”

  Lisa thinks on this and briefly remembers hearing something like that before. Then she starts to chuckle.

  “ Wait, so that is true?”

  Jeff just raises his shoulders to shrug.

  “ No idea, but do you know there will be over three hundred otherworlder-parented babies about to be born in about three to six months? All with otherworlder parents who were under level ten.”

  This Lisa was not expecting before she and then they both began laughing hard.

  “ So I think we have come to an understanding of the situation now. I am going to be in deep heat when we travel. So, I am going to have to relieve my libido on occasion. At least once a day. Thats going to include a bunch of...”

  Lisa then blushed and turned away.

  “ But I will try to refrain from going too far.”

  Jeff merely nods to this then looks out toward the street where the others left to to earlier.

  “ Is there anything else we need to discuss? Because I would love to move on from this awkward, but needed conversation.”

  “ Yea, how can I summon those things in the cards?”
