  Emilia wasn’t so sure how to react, the system now could read her thoughts, but she would learn to deal with it, she had more important stuff to do.

  “You really are a lucky bird…” said Iko in heavy breaths as she hugged Rainari to protect it with her body, as her body was harder that the bird’s one.

  Iko decided to only see the notifications of the completed quest, she could see all the other ones in a while right now she wanted to rest, that would be what she would have said if she didn’t feel rejuvenated by getting peak levels of corruption, so her regeneration continued, and her tired body was full of energy again so she grabbed Rainari and carried it on her arms over to the beast body, who now was blowing black smoke, then the smoke shot towards Iko, but she didn’t move, she knew it wasn’t something dangerous, because she knew this was the “Harbinger of Hate”.

  “You really were a pain in the ass to deal with you know?”

  “I’m sorry, Master, I just had to be sure you were fir of my loyalty” said the smoke as it took the figure of a bird, roughly the same size of Rainari, then it bowed,

  “But I saw, our views are not as connected as they should be, and I’m scared I won’t be able to follow your lead and see your views” said the smokey figure lifting its head.

  Iko curious of what it meant, let it continue, while lifting an eyebrow.

  “So I had the idea to give my place to your feathered companion on your arms, so she can help you follow your views better than I can”

  More than the smokey figure saying he would give the place of “Harbinger of Hate” to Rainari, she was more surprised of a fact the smokey figure said.

  “Rainari is a girl?”

  There was silence before Rainari got away from her arms and started pecking Iko’s head and pulling her hair.

  “H-hey stop that! I just didn’t know don’t be so dramatic about that!” screamed Iko trying to stop Rainari from messing her already messy hair.

  “Hahahahaha” laughed the smokey figure who had stayed quiet during the shenanigans of the pair, it looked like he was truly enjoying it.

  “What are you laughing at?!” screamed Iko at the Harbinger of Hate, wo didn’t look so hateful now.

  “I’m sorry master, is just you 2 looks really connected for just knowing each other for 3 days,” said the Harbinger.

  “How do you know how long we met each other?” It was a question Iko asked without really thinking about it.

  “Oh master, Us the Harbingers are always watching” he said with a bow before the smoke flew towards Rainari and her being absorbed by it, then, in the place Rainari was there was now a smokey egg.

  As Rainari was evolving in her egg, Iko turned to the death body of the beast, she licked her tongue and got ready for a buffet, then she looked at herself and had only 1 thought in mind.

  But the System was more concentrated on the woman now known as Heir of Corruption on the divine world, the woman who with sheer hate survived her souls being destroyed and only ended with a fractured soul, and then, her soul mended so well with corruption that one would think she was a descendant of the forgotten king, who he alone counted as the second great monster infestation.
