While Zenith and Aria were meeting Nyx, and while Anthem was with his friends, Madison and Liam, Andrea and Daniel Bck were talking to their coworkers and friends.

  Their night retty uful, just exging versations with people.

  Every now and then, some A rank hunter came up to them, knowing they were Aria’s parents. They were trying to get them to basically make Aira go out with them, saying that they were special for some reason.

  Everytime this happehey got some other people to kicked the hunter out of that area. People trying to use their influeo date Aria retty on.

  And their night tinued like that, until right before midnight.

  That was when someohey had never met before came up to talk to Andrea.

  “Excuse me, but you are Andrea Bck, Zeniths ‘mom’” the woman says.

  “Um, who are you? And how do you know about my son?” Andrea said.

  “I’m his real mom” the woman said.

  Andrea had no idea what this woman was talking about. She and Daniel spend years looking for Zenith's bio family. They had posted things online, in neers, basically ahey could think of.

  They never really stopped either. For 12 years now, they have been looking, if only for some info on who he is. After around the first, they thought about stopping. They had grown to love Zenith. But they decided to keep looking, just in case.

  If they ever found ahey didn’t know what they would do.

  “What the hell are you talking about” Andrea said, anger entering her voice.

  “I raised him for the first four years of his life. Until your association took him” the woman said.

  “My association took him? They found him abandoned during the first outbreak!” Andrea said, barely holding it together.

  “If that's how you see it. But it ges nothing. I’ll expin. I thought he had died. That's what Elijah said anyway. But when I saw him at that christmas festival, I knew something was wrong with what he told me.”

  “Oh, you're the person who attacked at the Christmas festival. And a member of the Kings end Guild right?”

  “Yes. I joi the start. Elijah had an idea and I wanted in. It hasn’t worked yet, but rogress”

  “And what would that pn be?”

  “He wants t back the people we lost, during the first outbreak. Includih. But now that I found him…”

  “The hell do you mean found him? I’ve been looking for his family for 12 years, and you never came forward. He was found in this city when he was 4 and on his birthday. He clearly wasn’t alone. So where the hell were you?” Andrea said to her.

  “That's plicated. And I thought he was dead all this time”

  “That's not really good enough” Andrea said.

  While this versation was going on, she was als to get the attention of Dahere was a waerrorist in front of her right now, saying some iuff about her son.

  “Well, it doesn’t really matter if you think it's enough. By the time the night is over, I will be taking back my son” Andrea said, then light kind of blurred around her and she vanished.

  “Shit” Andrea said and quickly moved to fiher Danile ideon. She o tell someohat something was about to go down in the building.

  And right before the tdown for the new year started, she was able to find both of them.

  “Oh, look who it is. My super hot wife” Daniel said, slurring his words.

  “Ha, o rub it in Daniel” Gideon said, also slurring his words.

  “Shut up, you two. We have a problem. The kings end guild is here at the party. And I think they are pnning something”

  “Allright. I will also be reag out to a few of the hunters at the party”(Gideon)

  And about a floor below them, an explosion rips through part of the building.

  The king’s end goal at the party was the exact same as it was during the Christmas festival. They needed something from Aria and Anthem Bck.

  But they were doing something super dump. There were several high S rank hunters, and even more A ranks there.

  And the only member of their guild there who could fit with S ranks was their leader, Elijah.

  And he couldn’t move freely until after the first part of their pn was plet.

  To cause a massive fusion, they decided to pnt several bombs into different parts of the building to distract the hunters. And they alsht a lot more of their strong members to deal with the A rank hunters.

  “Allirght sir, we have the first o up to go ht at midnight” one of the members said to Elijah.

  “That's good. We should then spread out. Remember on top of knowing where both targets are, we are looking for Zenith Bck. We need him for our pns” Elijah told them.

  He had a pn to plete his goal, and it involved the three of them.

  He needed both Aria and Ao hurt Zenith, very specifically with their skills. He didn’t know why, but he o make them do it.

  So their pn goes as follows. Set off a series of explosions, then separate through the building searg for Zenith.

  Take him, then lead both of the others into a pce where they could force them to attack Zenith. Elijah had a few ideas on how to do this.

  “Where is Ava and Lucy, they should be down here preparing?” Elijah asked.

  “Ms. Lucy said she was going to go upstairs to get a t on hoeople, and to start searg for the targets.” one of the other members said to him.

  “Great” Elijah said sarcastically. “Well, we start without them. Lets move out. Get the others set up and I’ll head up to get the first target”

  “YES SIR” they all said.

  And all of the members went to different parts of the building.

  The explosion sound rips through the building. It ends quickly and due to it being below the party, there isn’t much aftermath of the sound itself. Thanks to the building being made to withstand hunters fighting at semi full strength ihe explosion would o be quite substantial to cause any real damage to the building.

  Very quickly, Gideos everyo the party's attention.

  “Alright everyone. You all o stay calm. We o start by evacuating any people who are not able to defend themselves. We are w uhe assumption that this was the work of the Kings end guild. They have been active iy retly, and a guest believes they saw a known member” He was expining. “If anyone would like to stay and help search for them, any A rank or above hunter is wele to do so, but everyone else please, you must evacuate”

  From there, most of the people started to move from the building, taking Gideons advice. Anyone whose guild was ran by a unawaked was taking their guild master out of the building. Lower rank hunters and members of the associatio as well.

  Even after meeting with their parents, Aria and Anthem decided to stay behind, but Nyx ah left with Andrea and Daniel.

  Anthem’s friend Liam left with their guild master, but Madison stayed behind.

  Along with them, about a 6 other S ranks and around 15 A ranks stayed to help.

  This group, plus any other members of the association staff hunters, are the ones who are looking for the kings end guild.

  They’re first step was to go to the other floors to help the other people get out of the building.

  When the bomb went off, Uncle Gideon told everyohat we o leave. I would have liked to stay, but I am still a weak and low level hunter. I would only be a hindrao them.

  “I ’t believe there was a terrorist attack at the hunters association. Are they dumb?” Nyx said to me while we were leaving. She had followed me and my parents out since she was there by herself.

  “I don’t think so. From the records I have heard, Elijah, their leader, is extraordinarily powerful.” Dad ended up saying. “What, who are you again?”

  “Oh, hi I'm Nyx. I’m a friend of your son and daughter” she said to dad.

  “Nyx… Where have I heard that name before?” mom said.

  “Greek mythology, and I am a famous singer” she says to them.

  “Oh… yeah. Aren’t you a fan of hers, Zenith?” Dad said.

  “Is now really the best time for this?” I said. We hadn’t even gotten out of the buildi. All of the people from the party were still rushing dowairs to escape.

  It was a few more minutes before we were able to get out of the building, and we did just in time for the bomb to go off. On about the 5th floor, a sed explosion came though, destroying part of the windows on the floor and the few around it.

  Very quickly people ran away from the building, while some hunters quickly moved forward to make a defense from the falling gss.

  From their, several of the people from the party left quickly. This also included several high level hunters.

  This was something that was annoying. Sihey currently didn’t have a reason to stay, and no be to staying, they left. Aually it left just my parents, Nyx and myself waiting by the door we left through.

  But before we could talk about anything, like leaving to a safe distawo new people came forward.

  And when they did, I started to get a throbbing headache.

  And really quickly, I noticed that both were holding ons.

  And thetacked us.

  I had heard earlier that Nyx hadn’t done any hunti, and both mom and dad were not awakened humans, so I was the only person who could do anything.

  I really quickly try to pull out a on from my ste to defend us.

  “Well, I told you, Andrea. I will be taking him baow” one of the women said, and quickly moved to attack.

  And I learned quite quickly that I was way underleveled to deal with them.

  I was barely able to block the attack, and when I did, the woman cut right through my wooden sword and cut through my chest as well. She seemed to not want to kill me, but thanks to the cut, I quickly lost sciousness.

  The st thing I heard was my parents and Nyx calling out to me, while I icked up and taken by my two attackers.”
