Ihe Dream Space, Cedric took a deep breath and released the illusions he had prepared.
For this usage of [Diviervention: Dream], he has 2 main objectives. One of them is to prepare the races for a sudden explosion in their popution. He will introduce the cept of vilges and the be of building more settlements.
No matter what, making liveable settlements took time. If they only do so when the popution has started to increase, Cedric dare to bet a massive chaos will ensue.
As for the sed objective, it is to introduce metal based currency with fixed value to the world. He wishes for the three races to directly skip from bartering into usial s issued by official authorities.
He does so because while the world, Cedric found bartering to be a pain in the ass. Just the process of bartering a wheat into a chi could involve dozens of people and several hours to gather the parties involved. Those are simply too inve.
He initially wished to skip even more steps and directly introduced paper money, but he immediately discarded it. The current races’ civilization still requires the usage of currency that uses material with equal worth to its value.
The materials used for the currencies must also be limited in amount. Cedric doesn’t want the currency system to be destroyed in its infancy because those people mioo much money.
There is also an even more important reason he discarded the idea for paper money.
The current races actually haven’t found the means to craft papers! They usually kept their record by engraving them on stones. Only the elves have found the means to create a cy tablet to write with after one of them found the means to bake river bsp;
‘Perhaps I should also teach them how to make paper right now?’ Cedric rubbed his ‘Never mind, let’s first teach them about vilges.’
The illusions he released begin to ma into a city surrounded by vast fields.
As the human, dwarf, elf turheir head to focus on the illusion he created, Cedric said, “Soon, the popution of your respective races will begin to increase. The amount of newborn will raise while their body will also be blessed and turn slightly stronger. Except for the elves that live in the magic forest, I suggest the others to separate some of your poputions from the cities and create several vilges.”
Cedritrolled his illusion and made the citizens of that illusory city leave their cities and build several vilges.
In the midst of his expnation, Cedric paused for a moment. This whole trolling illusions while expining reminds him of the time he gives a presentation for an assig. Even the o prepare a topid what not is quite simir.
He discarded those useless thoughts and trolled the illusory people to build their vilge and recim more nds. “After separating into multiple settlements, go and reds suitable friculture. By this point, at least after the popution boom begins, your race’s need for food would be met.”
Ohe people ihe illusions had finished reg their nd and pnted some vegetables and wheat, Cedric dispersed the illusions and spoke. “Everyone I summoned here is the leader of your respective races. So, you reward the person that tributed most to the developments of vilges with riches and status.”
“For example, the human race’s nobility system is a good idea. You could grant the people who’ve tributed most to the vilge’s establishment a title. ”
Cedrised the amount of energy that remained in the [Diviervention: Dream] and quickly cpped to gather everyone’s attention. “O thing.”
He created several s made of varyials. “This is a metal . It is usually used as a currency to trade because of their rarity and their ability to st for a long time.”
Cedric created the illusions of a small market where several people are busy trading with s. “You switch the current barter system with metal currency systems and make trade beore ve.”
“Furthermore, as there are multiple type of metals in the world, you set a different value for differeals. For example, one gold will be worth 100 silver s, while one silver will be worth one hundred copper s.” Cedric expined whatever had e into his mind, while creating a gold before turning it into 100 s made out of silver and ged it once more into 10.000 s made out of copper.
the three men for a moment, he dispersed all the illusions and quickly said. “Well then, there won’t be a question and answer session like before, because I am incredibly busy right now.”
Cedric then kicked everyone from the Dream Space before quickly trolling his mental power to leave it.
Ihe Divine Space, he somehow became anxious as he recalled how he had spoken. ‘Did I talk too fast? Do they get what I mean to vey?’
All of that ay finally bined into a sigh full of self doubt, “I am pretty bad at presentation.”
Then, he observed the octahedron shaped [Diviervention: Dream] and sehe energy within it.
With his sed usage, the energy tained inside [Diviervention: Dream] has decreased even further. From what he could sehere was only around a tenth of energy left inside. Which means he couldn’t use it as a PPT anymore.
It is also the reason he seems to be extremely rushed when expining things to the three people he summohe energy limit makes him incredibly anxious.
trolling his mental power to ehe Crystal Cube world, he truly hoped the three races would follow his suggestion. Especially the humans.
He is seriously afraid they’ll somehow sughter themselves to extin. Gratian and Lucius’s case still gives him some trauma.

Inside Winter City’s pace, Lacius woke up with a jolt from his bed as his body was drenched with sweat. “Have I truly met the god Gratian often talked about? So, they aren’t something Gratian made up?”
He recalled the se where the god has created a city plete with thousands of living creatures and thought, ‘The power to create things is indeed something only worthy to be held by a god.’
Lacius’s mind quickly ed as he digested the informatio from the dream. ‘The god doesn’t seem to mind the fact I’ve killed Gratian. They even said the ohey pulled is the ruler of races. That means they aowledged the fact I am the ruler of mankind.’
‘Then, there is also the fact that there are actually other races that exist in the world. Except for the humans, there are at least awo races.’ Lacius thought as he slowly sat on the edge of his bed and muttered, “Does that mean there are still a lot of pces outside the Sacred Kingdom that I already trol? From what the god said, I knew for a fact that the so-called elf races lived inside a magic forest. But I still have no clue for their exact location.”
‘Also, why do they seem to be extremely anxious? It’s like they’re fighting against time.’ To be ho, he is incredibly curious about what could’ve caused such a graeo be anxious.
Lacius held his forehead as he ruminated on it. At st, he gently shook his head and got dressed while shouting to the subordinate guarding his room. “Bring Hars and the others to the throne room! I have several important matters to discuss!”
Lacius the his room and walked toward the throne room. While walking in the pace at a slow pace, he slightly went into a daze.
What he o care abht now is the he god has just sent him. The fact that the human popution will soon increase is aremely dangerous problem. Especially with how most of the field has been abandoned due to Gratian’s w to gather youo expand Winter City and build his pace.
Upon arriving ihrone room, Lacius saw Hars and a few other subordinates had arrived. Those people who also lived in the pace are the first oo arrive.
To be ho, Lacius didn’t uand why Gratian had made such a massive pace. There are simply too may rooms inside. So, uhe idea of making use of excess things, he asked most of his subordio live inside. Which he found to be a smart move as they could quickly gather with his call.
As he sat ohrone, Lacius waited for a few minutes. When he saw most of his important subordinates had arrived, he quickly said, “I’ve just met with god in a dream.”
His words sparked discussion among his subordinates as they looked at him with a doubtful look. Lacius secretly heard some of the words they uttered and nodded his head. “That’s right, the god I met is exactly the one Gratian believed in. In the dream, the god has aowledged my rule over humanity.”
“Praise the king!” “Praise the king!” All of his subordinates shouted, which Lacius replied with a small haure as a motion to make them stop shouting.
“Except for that, the god has also sent a revetion. Soon, the amount of human popution will begin to increase and they will also grant blessing for our desdant. The god has told me to build vilges and introduced metal currency to the kingdom.”
“So, I’ve gathered everyoo pn for the implementation of the metal currency system and the formation of vilges. “ After Lacius said it, he began to expin the cept of vilges and currency he learned from the dream.
With his expnation as the foundation, the sound of discussion sted for a long time as his subordinates began to find a way to implement those ideas.
