…
Pluton Ainzach looked at the man, or rather undead, in front of himself. The undead sorcerer king was the ruler of his city, the lord of the undead. He also was a father of three adorable little daughters. There was Tanya in his Ainz’s p, and Wictoria sitting beside him.
Then there was the heir and second oldest daughter, Erika, in their nanny’s p, Ninya the living doll. Ninya herself was sitting beside Pluton. Her four arms across her own p to make sure that Erika didn’t fall off of her.
Pluton didn’t know what to make of this whole arrangement. On the one hand, he understood wanting to take one’s own children to go and see new pces that they themselves had never seen before. On the other hand, this new pce is the Colosseum. It was a pce where people died on the regur.
Of course, they weren’t human, not at all. That was shown by the fact that the toddlers themselves talked as if they were much older than they were. It confused and unnerved him the first time they did so, he got used to it pretty quickly though.
“So, Mr. Ainzach, I was wondering what you will do once father steps into the ring?” asked Tanya, and the other two toddlers nodded as they looked at him with their small faces, “are you going to watch like us? Or do something different?”
Pluton leaned back into the impossibly comfortable seat of the king’s carriage, and hummed on thought, thinking about what he had pnned for the week. He was actually busy that day though, which was unfortunate.
“I am actually rather bust that day, with all the paper that the nationalizing of the adventuring guild will have. Though, I do look forward to hearing about it,” Pluton expined, and Tanya nodded her head.
The undead king snapped his fingers with a nod of his head and looked at the ceiling in thought. Making a noise of recognition, he spoke in a tone that reyed that he had just remembered something.
“Oh, that’s right! I was thinking about granting you some liches to move the process of paperwork farther along,” the undead king said, and Pluton’s eyes widened
“That would be too generous my Lord,” Pluton tried to argue, yet the king wasn’t having it.
“Nonsense, I was simply thinking about this for efficiency’s sake. Though, if you do not want them, then you simply say so,” he finished his line, and Pluton felt compelled to accept.
“Thank you, Lord Ainz. I am rather grateful for the gift,” he spoke and Ainz nodded his head as well as Tanya.
The movement was so fluid that it shocked him for a second. Then a smile came to his face. A chuckle came from his lips without him noticing and he covered his mouth in time for both Ainz and Tanya to tilt their heads in unison. The action was as fluid as the previous that, yet another chuckle escaped his lips.
“Is there something on my face,” both Tanya and Ainz said in unison, and they looked at each other before realizing why Pluton was ughing.
They themselves broke out into giggling and chuckling. In a rather short amount of time, the rest of the carriage was ughing. Pluton couldn’t help but keep chuckling.
Yet, after a couple of minutes, the noise died down. The air in the carriage was rather light and Pluton seemed to want to take full advantage of that. He leaned forward and steepled his fingers in thought. He then spoke, his voice unwavering in his idea.
“I was just thinking about your pn, My king. I just so happen to be an acquaintance with the patron of the warrior king, the strongest of all the fighters in the Colosseum,” he spoke, and Ainz leaned back in his seat wile rubbing a slightly blushing Tanya’s head in thought.
“Oh, that is quite the lofty title. Just how strong is he? I wonder?” Ainz seemed to speak to himself more than Pluton.
“He is the 8th to hold such a title, and not without good reason. He is the strongest the hold the title of warrior king. He is also a war troll,” Pluton expined, and he could swear that he saw the undead king’s eyes light up, but he convinced himself it was just him seeing things.
“Oh? That is rather interesting. I wonder how strong could become if given the right tools,” Ainz somewhat spoke to himself rather than Pluton.
He seemed rather lost in thought until Wictoria tugged on his arm. The father shook himself out of his thoughts and looked down at his daughter.
“You seemed rather lost in thought father, is everything alright?” she asked, and he nodded his head.
“I am fine, little Wictoria. I was simply thinking about what kinds of battle and fighting strategies that he might use,” Ainz spoke to his daughter in a much lighter tone of voice than the one he used with Pluton.
Then again, she was his daughter. Pluton would do the same for his own kids, if he had any. Pluton then gnced out the window, which he hadn’t actually done yet.
The capital of the Empire was outside. How’d that get there? Pluton’s mind blinked for a second, then he did a double take and looked outside. A shocked look came over his face. He then looked to the undead sorcerer king.
“We’re in Arwintar, the capital of the Baharuth Empire,” Pluton stated, and Ainz nodded in response.
“I didn’t see us going through the border crossing,” Pluton stated again, and Ainz nodded again.
“we’ve snuck into the capital of the Baharuth Empire,” Pluton stated, and Ainz waved him off.
“It’s a trivial thing. Jircniv and I are good friends. He will surely simply wave it off this time. After all, I want to surprise him,” Ainz stated with slight glee at the supposed prank he was pulling on the emperor of Baharuth.
Tanya loudly sighed, then facepalmed. This earned a confused gnce from her father, a sympathetic look from Erika, and a concerned hug from Wictoria. If Wictoria could get onto her father’s p that is.
As she did so, Ainz leaned back and watched his two daughters hug. Well, it was mostly just Wictoria doing the hugging, Tanya just looked up at him as if he were a deadbeat dad.
“Please don’t look at me like that Tanya…” Ainz pleaded with his child, and she shrugged after a couple of minutes.
