School. Pt 1

The rays of the morning light filtered through the window and fell on Grants face. Slowly he woke up and then sat up as he got off the bed and walked towards a painting covered in a white cloth.

When he revealed the painting underneath it, he stood there with that look of contemplation.

The painting depicts of a sun colored by the light radiance of orange as it dipped behind a face illuminating her face.

The sky was filled with the hues of light yellow and faded red.

The person being depicted on the paint was coloured with light brown making her skin be illuminated by the drowning sun.

Her hair was painted with light pink resembling the talking leaves of a cherry blossom tree, Her eyes a soft pink colour that radiet the boundlessness of curiosity and interest.

The painting itself was beautiful and was peaceful, the white cloth that was covering her forehead made her seem mysterious and invoked the same curiosity in those purple eyes. The artwork was beyond beautiful, there was emotion in every stroke.

But to Grand, he felt empty looking at it the painting he made was incomplete...he sighed and decided to give the painting to the neighbour and try again, he hated when he made incomplete paintings. It left him empty and besides, he did not ask permission when he drew the girl so he felt somewhat guilty.

He covered the painting and then got ready for school. Twenty minutes later he went downstairs and saw his father already painting a clay vase.

His father, like him, was an artist that likes making things with clay, sculptures, pots anything that has a shape really.

Then he looked at his mother who was doing another sort of art.

Martial arts to be specific and she has taught grand a lot of it and made him practice atleast two times a week and they practice a martial arts from his mother's side of the family called

Seven colours of the spectrum. A martial arts that multiplies the dominant emotion of a person and allows them to perceive other emotions.

To be honest he wondered sometimes if this martial arts belonged ro this world because reading the emotions of people and using that to anticipate their next move is quite incomprehensible.

There are also seven stages to this martial arts and Grand has already been proficient with all of them and he had not have anymore accomplishments on it for a few years.

Rhe stages were Red,Blue,Orange,Green,Indigo,Yellow and finally Violet.

But...Grand began feeling other colours like Black and white.

  These colours represented two emotions.

  Emotionless and Fear,Despair,Delusion,Chaos,Insanity, Madness,Evil.

He classified this as corruption of emotions, these two colours represent someone who had all his emotions severed and lost themselves in those emotions falling in a state of that one and the 7 negative emotions.

His mother sensed his tangling emotions so she walked over and gave him a light pat. "Are you upset because you can't see the emotional spectrum yet, don't worry I can feel your close, your paintings really help you get there."

Grand faintly smiled, though his dark eyes didn't lighten hw felt at ease as he felt the happiness and care radiating of his mother. "It's not that, just made an incomplete paintings it wasn't really satisfying."

If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it.

Grand's mother despite being quite old looked young, she had black hair and eyes and also a lean and tall physique.

His dad on the other hand had brown hair and eyes and had a serene way of doing things, he looked his way. "Hah, I get that feeling sometimes too, you can't really fix the emptiness with other people's help, you would have to complete it yourself."

Grand chuckled. "I know dad, I've done that countless times already. "

His dad smirked and turned back to his pots, his mother then stopped her training and placed his breakfast down on the table and he then began to eat.

After he was done, he told his parents he may come back a little bit later than before and they quietly acknowledged it.

Soon he walked to school peacefully and steadily.

  ....

When Pinnel woke up this morning, the first thing she did was take a bath and wear her uniform, then she went downstairs were four small orbs were layed on a pillow inside a cylindrical capsule.

"Velev,Hes,Mories and Meil, it's time to wake up." She said in a chirpy tone as the capsules opened.

One of the orbs was white and had H on it glowed and multiple particles of light came out of ir and condensed into a single being.

He stood there with his crystal white hair and silver eyes looking at the Princess with a slight tiredness. "I want to sleep more...but I can also do that today...Oh good morning princess how was your night."

The other orb next to it which was green and had a 10 on it also glowed and a person manifested.

A short boy with long green hair and a cute but charming appearance, he rubbed his eyes and then snapped his finger.

His orrb shrinked down to the size of a marble and entered the back of his hand where a number 10 stood. "...Hey Pinnel, is it time for school yet...also I want to meet our neighbour, his artwork is magnificent."

Then the other orbs which was colored red and had

the letter X on it appeared a slightly taller and mature woman that gave out a strange commanding aura. "Hello princess, how do you like your residence, I didn't speak to you last night due to me needing to recharge, activating a portal is really hard..."

Then the last orb which was Blue had a star shaped symbol on it, it materialised as a girl the same age as Pinnel and had lively expression to her. "Pinny~, this planet is fun can we go to those places called a 'Beach'."

Pinnel chuckled and matched the girls Liveliness. "Eta, don't you think you should get dressed?."

Eta paused then looked down at herself, she was naked...but there really wasn't anything to cover. "I mean, I don't have private parts and my energy replenishes faster when I am exlosed ro more light, clothes are hindrance and beside this isn’t my original form..."

Pinnel sighed, unlike them she was half human and knew what shame was because she was female ad not genderless. "The people of this world would probably think it is inappropriate and they would most likely think you are a creep."

Eta pondered for a few seconds then snapped her fingers, her orb moved towards her eyes and the dull star shaped pupils began to glow. The next second a uniform just like Pinnels appear on her. "You have a point and I need star energy to today, so I won't complain."

  Pinnel liked that about Eta

she could be carefree yet adapt quickly when needed. It was one of the reasons she was chosen to accompany Pinnel on her journey to this world.

"Alright everyone, today's objective is simple," Pinnel clapped her hands, drawing everyone's attention. "Mories and Hes here will link the teleporter and locator to find the corrupted and seal them while they retrieve lost technology thay fell into this world when mother was in war ten thousand years ago....though I was born only fifteen years ago, saying thay makes me want to see my mom again and find out where dad is..."

There was a slight pause as she mentioned that, her eyes slowly darkening a bit but the next second she spoke. "Me,Velez and Eta will go to school since...well this is more of a vacation to me and these two while it Is work for you two, so goodbye and Velez change into the male uniform of the school."

Velev let out a small groan but complied without protest. His orb floated gently in front of his chest, glowing softly. With a shimmer of green light, his appearance adjusted, now dressed sharply in the school's male uniform—dark slacks, a white shirt, and a neatly fitted jacket with the school’s insignia embroidered on the collar. His long green hair was tied loosely at the back, giving him a somewhat relaxed but neat appearance.

“Ugh, uniforms are so restricting,” Velev muttered under his breath, straightening the collar with a slight pout. “Why can’t human fashion be more free?”

Pinnel smiled. "You aren't even wearing the clothes physically."

Velez scoffed. "Yeah but I can still fell normal human sensation in this body."

Pinnel rolled her eyes. "Fine, just get used to it, it's really not that uncomfortable, you see me wearing clothes for a long time and do you see me complaining."

Eta chuckled. "Hah, that's because the princess is half human and needs to dress so she won't get harmed but multiple objects."
