I teleported to the Church of Elleh and made my way over to Kale.

  "Well, you're back... Care to buy something?"(Kale)

  "Actually, I wanted to ask if you know anything about the howling in the Mistwood."(Alexis)

  "The howl of a wolf, in the Mistwood... I suppose he must still be skulking about... Mmm, I know. Why not meet him for yourself? Next time you hear the wolf's howl, make this signal right under the source. Oh, don't fret, there is nothing to fear. I just have an inkling the two of you might hit it off."(Kale)

  Kale snapped his fingers.

  "Thanks. I'll see you ter."(Alexis)

  "Good-bye, for now."(Kale)

  I walked away and then teleported to the Mistwood. After arriving at the Mistwood Ruins I snapped and heard a crunch as Bidd leapt down from the top of the ruins. I walked up to him.

  "Who goes there? Kalé sent you, did he? Ever the bloody busybody. Hmm. Maybe to him, you don't seem so strange. The name's Bidd. I'm looking for a man who goes by "Darriwil." He fled somewhere nearby. Or so I've heard. Come tell me if you find him before I do. I can offer you ample reward. Darriwil is nothing but a traitor. And in need of a fitting end to his tale."(Bidd)

  I nodded and then left. I teleported to the Forlorn Hound Evergaol. Upon entering the Evergaol I looked around until I saw several golden runestones on the ground. I could actually read these runes. They spelled a single sentence:

  'Summon Bidd the Half-Wolf'

  I touched the Runestones and felt some power flow from me and into the stones. A moment ter a golden mist spiraled up and coalesced into a shape, Bidd.

  "Darriwil… Rotting in a cell is no true justice. No, this is where it ends for you."(Bidd)

  Bloodhound Knight Darriwil was easy to defeat thanks to Bidd. He was fast, but simple enough to dodge. Once he was dead, and we left the Evergaol, I approached Bidd.

  " ...Right. There you are. Had to work for it, but it's done. Don't say I'm not a man of my word. Here's your prize."(Bidd)

  Bidd reached into a pocket and pulled out a Somber Smithing Stone [2], which he presented to me. I accepted it and put it in my inventory.

  "Oh yes, I should say - If you venture north to Raya Lucaria, and come across a venerable bcksmith who's a little on the rge side… Tell him I sent you. And he'll be sure to treat you right. I owe you one, I reckon. That's enough chit-chat for now. It's time we parted ways."(Bidd)

  I nodded and then teleported to the Stormhill Shack. I made my way down to the Stormhill Evergaol. It was time to fight the Crucible Knight. I entered the Evergaol and immediately threw a fireball at the Knight.

  The Knight advanced slowly from behind its shield, I channeled the ash of war and unched several blowing storms at the Knight. The Knight Stabbed towards me, and I barely dodged. I rolled back as the Knight stomped and the ground beneath me crumbled as spears of stone struck upwards. I tried to ssh the Knight only for him to use his shield to unch me into the air, the horn on said shield digging into my left shoulder.

  I barely rolled aside as a longsword came crashing down right where I nded. I took out my fsk in an attempt to heal only cough in surprise as a longsword rammed right through my heart. My vision dimmed as the Crucible Knight just shoved me off his sword.

  "??! ????????! ??????!"(???)

  I awoke next to the Stake of Marika that was near the Evergaol. I took a moment to think about the fight and what I could do to even the odds.

  I pulled out the crafting kit and some cookbooks and I began crafting some blood grease and sleep pots. I also grabbed some exalted flesh and some rge glintstone scraps that I apparently got from somewhere. With my consumables ready I entered the Evergaol once more.

  ...

  I awoke once more by the Stake of Marika. Turns out, Crucible Knights aren't affected by sleep. Since I was running low on blood grease I swapped over to fire grease. Let's see if fire does more damage.

  ...

  I definitely made that Crucible Knight hurt this time. But still... I lost. I'll give it one more try and if I fail then I'll just come back ter.

  With a heavy yet determined heart, I entered the Evergaol once more.

  ...

  I managed to make the Crucible Knight use his aspects of the crucible. But I still lost. Time to go do something else. I think I'll go explore the Weeping Peninsu now.
